Two guys decide to have a boxing match on what I assume is lunch break at whatever factory they're working at. Our fighter plays it very well, letting the other waste energy trying to put him away early. He barely throws any power shots until around the 2 minute mark. Eventually the culmination of body shots is too much for the other fighter to handle and he falls. Pretty skilled for 2 guys fighting around a forklift in a factory. @TheOverhand

Sean Strickland hard spar against a Japanese kickboxing champion. The Japanese kickboxer is forced to go as hard as he can. Strickland (who is an MMA fighter, not a full time striker) is taking it very easy in him. By the end of the spar the kickboxer's face is messed up and he's gassed. Strickland doesn't have a mark on him and looks like he could go 10 more rounds. @TheOverhand
