Wheezing : Good air entry all over the lung vesicular breathing all over the lung with prolongation of expiratory phase Regarding added sounds there is expiratory wheezing in ( mention the area ) DDx if wheeze all over the lung : 1- asthma 2- chronic bronchitis ( COPD ) 3- Bronchiolitis 4- acute bronchitis 5- cardiac asthma DDx if wheeze in localized area : 1- tumor 2- forgien body 3- mucus inspiration 4- compression from outside 5- bronchiectasis

Fine Crackles : Good air entry all over the lung Normal vesicular breathing all over the lung without prolongation of expiratory phase Regarding added sounds there is inspiratory fine crackles in ( mention the area ) DDx : 1- atypical pneumonia 2- interstital lung disease 3- pulmonary fibrosis 4- early phase of pneumonia 5- pulmonary odema

Coarse Crackles : Good air entry all over the lung Normal vesicular breathing all over the lung without prolongation of expiratory phase Regarding added sounds there is biphasic coarse crackles in ( mention the area ) DDx : 1- T.B 2- absseces 3- resoulation phase of pneumonia 4- bronchiectasis 5- advance pulmonary odema
