🆕 Workflows now copy over when you duplicate a form or use a template © Expected behavior: 1️⃣ Duplicate from your dashboard → workflow steps are copied exactly. 2️⃣ Use-template → workflow email recipients are replaced by the new owner’s emails.

🆕 Form fields are now organised by Categories! 🗂 Based on your feedback, we've made it easier to find and select the form fields you need. When editing your forms, you'll now see all ‘Basic’ fields grouped into helpful categories for quicker navigation!

🆕 Singpass Login for FormSG now works on govt devices 🔐 ✅ Admins (in selected agencies) can now log in to FormSG with Singpass on government devices. ✅ Respondents filling Singpass/MyInfo forms on government devices can now log in smoothly and prefill Myinfo details 🎉

🆕 Multi-respondent forms: Status tracking link 🚚🔗 Track your workflows anytime! When a form is submitted, a status tracking link can now be generated so admins and respondents can view the workflow’s progress in real time. Note: This enhancement applies only to workflow submissions started after the feature is enabled.

🚨 Issues opening files in Excel with [ ] names Form admins may encounter this error when opening downloaded CSV files: "Sorry, we couldn't find [filename]. Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted?" This issue is caused by a recent Excel update and is not limited to FormSG. You may face this if your form title includes square brackets [ ]. Temporary workarounds: - Rename the file to remove [ ] before opening - Open Excel first, then go to File > Open to access the file
