🆕 Multi-respondent forms email enhancements 📧 We’ve rolled out a few updates to make emails clearer and more useful: • Action-required emails now include form responses (Reminder emails sent by admins will still exclude responses) • Confirmation emails now include a status tracking link for respondents • Improved readability with section formatting These enhancements and formats will also be standardised in all form modes in a future update.

🚨Announcement: Respondents may have faced issues submitting forms with Singpass enabled between 2:15 pm and 3:54 pm today (April 4 2026). This issue has been resolved. If you receive feedback from affected respondents, kindly advise them to re-attempt their form submission. [RESOLVED]

💾 Save Draft (Open Beta) 🆕 Respondents can now save their progress and continue later. Note: drafts are stored locally on the respondent's device and browser in this version. Clearing local storage will remove the draft.

🇸🇬 Multi-respondent forms: Singpass for MRF 🆕 Singpass & Myinfo can now be enabled for Multi-respondent forms. It is currently supported for step 1 only. Not supported yet: - Workflow assignment (step 2+) - 1 submission per NRIC - Whitelisted NRICs - Myinfo Children field

💪 Bulk PDF downloads 🆕 Download multiple copies of responses (.pdfs) quickly in the Results page. You may use these instead of storing physical copies for future use (e.g. audit purposes). Read more on our guide.

🔑 WOG AD 🆕 Government officers can now log in to FormSG using WOG AD — an alternative to Email OTP and Singpass app login.

📧 Multi-respondent forms: Email confirmation with PDF copy 🆕 Respondents can now receive an email confirmation and a PDF copy of their responses when they enter their email into an Email field. Enable this feature in the Email field, and assign it a step in the workflow. Read more on our guide.
