I had the chance to watch the FULL 1st season of Daredevil: Born Again!
Daredevil: Born Again is easily one of the best things Marvel Studios has ever produced. It's gritty, character-driven, and very binge-worthy.
The action is heart-pounding and bloody. The first episode probably has the best fight of the season.
The dialogue is captivating and mature. There are lots of amazing scenes of just characters talking, and that's great.
There are some cool MCU name drops and Easter eggs throughout. There are also a couple of small cameos from characters from other Marvel projects.
Despite existing in the MCU, the world of Daredevil still feels grounded and lived in. Even minor characters are very well written and feel "real".
I do, however, have a few small nitpicks... I could have used more of certain characters, some of the CGI shots looked awkward, and the final episode felt a little crammed.
Overall, I LOVED being back in this world again with these great characters.

Service Dog Dexter and I have had an awesome time together watching the Bears this season. The talent on display was absolutely unparalleled and super entertaining.
What great memories we now have of watching this incredible team, hanging out with friends and family, and of course, seeing the arena go wild for Dexter on the Giant Center jumbotron! 🐻 🏒

| 16 |  I had a chance to watch the first 4 episodes of #TheAcolyte and I'm conflicted.
There are plot points and characters that are very interesting and engaging, particularly the four main Jedi: Sol, Indara, Torbin, and Kelnacca. The problem is that we don't get nearly enough of them and I would honestly rather have seen a show about their adventures than the story we got.
The twin plot was growing on me by the fourth episode but ultimately the writing wasn't strong enough for it to be the main plot. Some of the character choices felt very contrived.
Ultimately, this Star Wars series has some cool action scenes, interesting mythology, and a few great side characters. Unfortunately, it falls a little flat when it comes to writing and execution.
With all that said, I am looking forward to seeing how they wrap this up.
