Includovate is looking for Assistant Researchers who turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into evidence-bases which inform decisions. Assistant Researchers use creativity and technical skills to locate data sources, gather, review, validate, protect, and store data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and use findings to develop sound conclusions. Assistant Researchers create reports and presentations to summarize complex information. Assistant Researchers support the research team to deliver quality research outputs. Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate own workload in collaboration with the line managers to deliver on-time, on-budget and on- quality products for team members; Assist in the development of research methodologies; Collect and analyze raw data/information to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful and/or interesting information; Review literature on specific research topics critically to develop comprehensive and digestible; Create reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence decision-making; Support team members to effectively achieve project objectives, budgets, and timelines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance. ♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣♣ #እኔ #ማነኝ??! ትልቁ ጥበብ ራስን ማወቅ ነው.. እኔ ማን ነኝ.? ምንድነው መሆን የምፈልገው? ..ምን እየሆንኩ ነው..? ቀላሏ ጥያቄ ነገር ግን በየሰው የተለያዬ መልስ ያላት ጥያቄ..ትልቅ የማንነት አሻራን ሚጥልልን ጥያቄ የኔ ማንነት መልሳችን ነው።....ከዛ ማንነታችን በራሱ ወደ ግባችን ይመረናል። ራስን ማወቅ ማለት አንድ ሰዉ ለራሱ ያለዉን ዕምቅ-አቅም፣ጠንካራና ደካማ ጎን፣ ብቃት፣ ባህርይና ፍላጎቱን በአስተዉሎት መረዳት ነዉ፡፡ አንድ ሰዉ ራሱን አወቅ ሰንል መስራት የሚችለዉን መስራት ከማይችለዉ ለዬ፤ አቅሙን አወቀ፣እስከ የትና ምን ድረስ መጓዝ እንደሚችል ተረዳ፣የተፈጥሮ ባህሪወንና ስጦታዉን ተገነዘበ፣ምን እንደሚፈልግ በዉል ገባዉ፣ምን መቀየር እንደሚችልና ምን እንደማይችል ተገለጠለት ማለት ነዉ፡፡ ራእይ ራስን ማወቅ ነው። ደግሞም የመኖርን ትርጉም ማግኘት ነው። እኔ ማነኝ? ለምን ምክንያት ነው የምኖረው? ደግሞስ መኖር ብቻ ሳይሆን ልሞትለትስ ፈቃደኛ የምሆንለት ጉዳይ ምንድነው? የሚለውን ጥያቄ ለመመለስ የሚያስችለን ራእይ ነው። ራእይ መጨረሻውን መጀመሪያ ላይ ማየትና መረዳት ነው። ራእይን መረዳትም ሆነ መኖር በአንዴ የሚፈጠር ሳይሆን የእድሜ ልክ ሥራ ነው። ራእይን አጥርቶ ከማየትና ከመሆን አንጻር የእድሜ ልክ ሂደትና ስራ ነው። ማየት ከመሆን ይቀድማል። አንቺ ማን ነሽ?? እራሳችንን መረዳትና መግለጽ ካልቻልን ህይወት ውስጥ የሚከናወነው ማንኛወንም ነገር ልንረዳና የኛንም አሻራ ልናሳርፍ አንችልም። ጊዜ ወስዳችሁ እኔ ማነኝ ? ፍላጎቴ ብቻ ሳይሆን የነብሴ ጥሪስ ምንድን ነው ብላችሁ እራሳችሁን ጠይቁ!

Why Goals are IMPORTANT ? On the best sunny day, the most powerful magnifying glass will not light paper if you keep moving the glass. But if you focus and hold it, the paper will light up. That is the power of concentration. A man was traveling and stopped at an intersection. He asked an elderly man, "Where does this road take me?" The elderly person asked, "Where do you want to go?" The man replied, "I don't know." The elderly person said, "Then take any road. What difference does it make?" How true. When we don't know where we are going, any road will take us there. Suppose you have all the football eleven players, enthusiastically ready to play the game, all charged up, and then someone took the goal post away. What would happen to the game? There is nothing left. How do you keep score? How do you know you have arrived? Enthusiasm without direction is like wildfire and leads to frustration. Goals give a sense of direction. Would you sit in a train or a plane without knowing where it was going? The obvious answer is no. Then why do people go through life without having any goals?

በወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አንዲት አራስ ልጅ ከወለደች 4 ሰዓት በኋላ የመመረቂያ ጥናቷን በስኬት አቀረበች። በወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የምህንድስና እና ቴክኖሎጂ ኮሌጅ የድህረ ምረቃ መርሃ ግብር የምግብ ምህንድስና ት/ት ክፍል ተማሪ የሆነችው ወ/ሮ ኤቢሴ ታሪኩ ልጅ ከወለደች 4 ሰዓት በኋላ የመመረቂያ ጥናቷን በስኬት አቅርባለች ተብሏል። ወ/ሮ ኤቢሴ ታሪኩ በሆሮ ጉዱሩ ወለጋ ዞን ጂማ ገነቲ ወረዳ የተወለደች ሲሆን የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪዋን በኬሚካል ምህንድስና ተምራ በ2009 ዓ.ም በማጠናቀቅ ከሌሎቹ እጩዎች የተሻለ ነጥብ ስለነበራት በ2013 ከወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የነፃ የትምህርት ዕድል ማግኘት ችላለች። ወ/ሮ ኤቢሴ ራሷን ለመጨረሻው የመመረቂያ መከላከያ (Thesis Defence) እያዘጋጀች በነበረበት ወቅት ምጥ ጀምሯት ወደ ወለጋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል እንደተወሰደች ተጠቅሷል። በሆስፒታሉ አዋላጆች እገዛ ልጇን በሰላም መገላገሏ የተገለፀ ሲሆን ፥ ከ4 ሰአታት በኋላ የድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርት ጥናትቷን በተሳካ ሁኔታ ማቅረቧ ነው የተገለፀው። @TikvahethMagazine
