Everything is maintained and held together by frequency.
Frequencies act as a magnet and a gravitational force that pulls other similar frequencies together.
Imagine every object, place, thought, emotion, intention has an invisible number attached to it that denotes it frequency.
Your relationship also has a frequency number that is holding it together like glue.
Toxicity has a very low vibrational frequency number (let’s denote it is 0-300hz)
In the toxic frequencies, your relationship is held together by fear, lust, low self worth, jealousy, stress, survival, lack of self love.
Thus for as long as you remain in these frequencies the relationship will be held together.
Yet the moment one person in the relationship starts to heal and grow which raises their frequency above the 300hz range, the relationship will begin to fall apart.
There is no magnet holding them together anymore because one person vibrates higher than the relationship.
Thus they will begin to separate by attracting events that pull them apart.
The partner with the lower frequencies will always try to lower the frequency of the partner who’s vibrating above the relationship just so they can stay connected.
Thus at this point, which is one the hardest choices you will have make is between your growth or your relationship.
If you suppress yourself to maintain the relationship, you will have won the battle (relationship) yet lost the war (spiritual evolution) thus you will feel the frequencies of defeat on a consistent basis.
You will then blame the partner for your hindrances yet it was your choice all along to sacrifice your own elevation.
You fear being alone and leaving all you know behind you to delve into the unknown.
This very fear is what keeps you locked into the lower frequencies, which keeps you locked into your low vibrational relationship.
You have to learn to choose your spiritual growth no matter what without guilt because it’s the only thing you get to take with you to the next life.
And if you have the courage to choose growth over your relationship then it will be replaced by a higher vibrational partner who will desire to grow with you.
You have to first believe you deserve better and then the Universe will serve it.
You didn’t come here to be trapped in relationships and connections that limit your full potential just because you spent time and had good moments together.
The caterpillar knows once it evolves into a butterfly it can no longer hang with caterpillars.
It would be unwise for the caterpillar to say “Hey I’m going to remain a caterpillar forever just so I’ll never have to leave you”
The pain you feel in these relationships stems from the fact that you have wings now and you won’t even fly to new heights.
Thus you spend all your energy trying to get the other caterpillars to turn into butterfly with you before you take off.
Life evolves each caterpillar in their own timing, it is not your job to try to evolve the other caterpillars or wait for them.
Some caterpillars take lifetimes to evolve and you would be wasting your whole life waiting and trying to force them.
You are not a bad person because you want to fly off as soon as you get your wings.
If it is aligned for them, they will fly with you when they’ve been through enough experiences to want to evolve themselves.
Let them go so that you can ascend into the higher frequencies of Divine Love, Bliss, Prosperity, and Abundance.

For more than four decades, Dolores Cannon documented consistent testimony through thousands of past-life regression sessions using her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).

She emphasized that those remaining with the denser Earth are not punished. They simply continue the experiences they have created until they are ready to progress.
This description aligns with broader understandings of the ongoing Ascension process. Across many accounts of planetary and personal evolution, Ascension is viewed as the raising of individual and collective consciousness from denser, more limited states (often called third-dimensional) toward higher, more refined levels of awareness and being (often associated with fifth-dimensional frequencies).
Its purpose is the evolution of the soul and the planetary field itself: A graduation from a long cycle of learning through polarity, separation, and denser experience into greater unity, coherence, and expression of higher qualities such as love, service, and expanded perception.
Consequences include the progressive divergence of experiential realities according to frequency, shifts in relationships and systems that no longer resonate, physical and energetic adjustment symptoms, and the gradual emergence of a more harmonious, self-sustaining expression of Earth for those who match its rising vibration.
This process of Awakening to deeper truths about reality, power structures, and one’s own consciousness, also resonates with what the Q drops describe as the Great Awakening.
The Great Awakening is the movement from darkness into light through the disclosure of truth, the rejection of false narratives, and the collective return of power and awareness to the people.
The Q drops frame it as an irreversible expansion of understanding that accelerates as more individuals open their eyes.
What unites these perspectives is the central mechanism and outcome:

My Bitcoin was in cold storage. My keys were on a ColdCard device kept in a safety deposit box that had never been connected to the internet.
This part's nerdy, but here's what happened:
Hackers discovered a vulnerability in the part of the hardware wallet code used to create seed phrases.
This allowed them to use AI to brute force guessing seed phrases.
I was at our cottage and heard about the hack today.
"No way this affects me." I thought.
I logged into Wasabi––software that lets me view my bitcoin wallets online.
Right away I saw lines of red transaction–withdrawals–and I knew.
From 9:36pm - 9:43pm on July 29th, every wallet I had had been emptied.
18.25245043 btc gone. That's just over $1.6 million dollars CAD.
Perhaps the hardest part about this is that I did everything right.
I never shared my seed phrase with anybody. My devices never touched the internet. Everything was kept in multiple safes and safety deposit boxes.
None of it mattered. All because the hardware that created the seed phrase originally had one line in their code from 2021 that had a vulnerability.
I'm filing a police report and a report with the Ontario Securities Commission. But I don't expect to recoup anything.
A part of me is trying to make sense of what just happened. Or try to figure out a lesson in it. I'm struggling. $1.6 million is a staggering amount of money to have stolen.
I guess all that I can think about right now is that I'm so damn happy that I'm an entrepreneur and that my earning potential is under my control. Mark my damn words. I'll recover.
