By the request of many, with a new wave of families wanting to pull their kids and unsure how, we've made available the recording and resources from our Homeschool 101 webinar from last year. The information still applies though the need for an alternative education for our kids has grown. Items gone over are how to file a private school affidavit, filling out proper forms, how to notify the school that pulling your kids, required record keeping including the generation of transcripts for high schoolers, picking curriculum, and ideas for how a working family can home school. Please continue to call the Governors office to ask for a Veto of AB 1955. Apparently he has not signed it yet but even if he doesn’t sign, it will go into effect after 10 more days or so unless he vetoes it.

Yesterday,  the Sacramento County board members approved their own $39,000+ a year raise that goes into effect June 4, 2023.  That's an $176,000 a year salary. Only one went on record as a No vote. Sue Frost.
