Article 6.- Right to freedom of expression. Every person has the right to the freedom of emitting expression and inform in any way and through any mean, such as providing truthful, plural and impartial information, and found mass media. This right is not subject to prior censorship but only the ulterior responsabilities that law determines. Propaganda in favour of war; xenophobic and racial, religious, sexual, gender or any other kind of hate speech, which constitutes incitation to violence, discrimination or hostility, which must be regulated by law, will be forbidden.
