It's just the ones doing the looting in France are not Europeans. You probably meant Africans and MENAs should learn from Ukrainians? But they cannot. For two reasons: 1) They are innately incapable because of low IQ and low impulse control. 2) They hate Europe and its civilization with every fiber of their being. They are not "Europeans", they are not "French". They are invaders. Just like Russians in Ukraine.
