- Off to work~~ - Today’s morning song recommendation: 0310 ☆ - I had sotbap (Korean pot rice) today~ - You know, the best part of sotbap is the slightly scorched rice stuck to the bottom. - At good restaurants, that crispy part is seriously delicious, heh. - Honestly, you never have to worry about whether I’m eating enough, kekekeke. - I eat really well. - But people who try following my diet keep saying they gain weight. - Why do I lose weight? - Maybe because I’m a guy? - Though I am pretty active. - If I added serious workouts on top of everything I do, I’d probably collapse, kekekeke. - But if I worked out while doing schedules too, I think my physique would look really good. - Though if I start working out, one meal a day probably won’t be enough anymore. - I’d have to eat two meals then, heh. - For now, I’ll just keep working hard with my dumbbells, heh. - Mine aren’t pink, they’re mint-colored, heh. - Now that we’re talking about it, I should probably work out today. - I actually train pretty evenly. - Shoulders, chest, back, triceps? - Workout routine? You just have to pick up the dumbbells, kekekeke. - Even picking them up takes a huge amount of determination, kekekekekeke. - I don’t train legs at all. I was kind of born with those. - But I started training my upper body because I felt I needed it for the energy and presence when dancing. - Plus, my posture isn’t that great either. - It feels more like I’m building stamina than anything. Big changes take time anyway. - Little by little, it all adds up.
