I know you lost someone and it hurts. You may lose it suddenly, unexpectedly or maybe you start to lose parts until one day there is nothing left. You may have known them all your life or you may barely know them at all. it's irrelevant, you can't control the depth of the hurt other people inflict on you, which is why I'm not here to tell you that tomorrow will be a new day. That the sun will continue to shine or there are many fish in the sea, what I will say is this; it's okay to get hurt as much as possible. What you feel but isn't just completely valid is necessary because it makes you a lot more human and although I can't promise it will get better any time soon, I will let you know that it will eventually. For now all you can do is take your time, take all the time you command.

we are not human beings who have spiritual experiences. we are spiritual beings having a human experience. sometimes life doesn't give you what you want, not because you don't deserve it, but because you deserve more.
