فقد قرر مجلس الرابطة تكوين لجنة تنفيذية مؤقتة لتسيير شؤون الرابطة حتى عودة الأوضاع - بإذن الله-.

I hope this Massage finds you well and safe.
As you may already know, Sudan has been facing an unprecedented crisis that erupted back in April. With thousands of people in need of urgent assistance due to conflict, displacement, and instability. The situation has been further exacerbated by the spread of diseases that has put additional strain on an already fragile healthcare system. However, and despite these challenges, our beloved organization (MedSIN-Sudan) is navigating through them in order to host the upcoming September National General Assembly.
We are pleased to open the call for AUMSA Delegation to the 32nd MedSIN-Sudan General Assembly, which will be held from the period of 30/09/2023 to 06/10/2023 Online.

General Assemblies are an annual event that brings together medical students from across the country to discuss important issues in health and to make decisions regarding the future of our organization.
🔸️ Important Notes:
◇ The call is open for a maximum of 2 delegates per Standing Committees Sessions.
◇ The delegation fee is 2,000 SDGs + 10 SDGs (Transaction fee).
◇ There will be no cancellation or refund.
Immediate Deadline for applying is September 7rd, 8:00 GMT+2.
◇ Due to the very tight registration deadline, there will not be a second call, so make sure to apply before the deadline.
◇ Deadline to pay the fees is on September 8th.
◇ The General Assembly is going to be held in a complete online format, so having a stable network is crucial for your participation.
