The line graph provides information on four main modes of transport used for travel in one country over a three-decade period (1985-2015). In general, car remained the most popular choice of transport in this country throughout the whole period after surpassing bus in the late 1980s. In 1985, the percentage gap between bus and car accounted for 25%, with the former being used by around 55% of individuals. Until the early 2000s, however, bus travel declined significantly to about 15%, while it was the exact opposite for car whose share reached a peak at approximately 85% and then fluctuated at 70-85% in the remaining years. After a stagnation for a while, roughly a six-percent decrease was recorded in the proportion of travel by bus in 2015. Traveling by rail was also another common choice for people in the country, though its share was relatively low until 2000 and saw a periodic fluctuation. Over these years, its highest percentage points were in 1985, late-2000s and 2015, with almost 20% each. It should also be noted that rail travel left bus travel behind in 2005. As for other types of transport combined, only less than 10% of people used them in these years. 201 words #byOrifjonYunusxadjaev #classwork @arifielts

#sample The pictures compare two tunnels built in an Australian city. Overall, longer construction years of the underwater roadway (tunnel A) are the testament to its feat and sophistication. However, tunnel B, the underground one, cost twice higher, due possibly to its larger dimensions in depth, length and width. Within 5 years from 1987, the project of building tunnel A was brought to completion, costing $556 million. This twin-tube tunnel offers two lanes in each direction, allowing vehicles of any type to drive safely under solid walls made of stone and sand. This tunnel lies 25 meters below the ground level and is 2.2 kilometers long. As for Tunnel B, its construction lasted three years (2004-2007). While it may have seemed less laborious, since there was no water body, it ultimately cost nearly twice as much as Tunnel A, accounting for $1.1 billion. This twin-tube design with three lanes in each tube allowed for enhanced vehicle capacity. At 3.6 kilometers in length and 35 meters deep, tunnel B is considerably larger than its counterpart. 173 words #byOrifjonYunusxadjaev @arifielts

Some support the idea that parents should give their children personal freedom to act and in decision-making from a young age. This chance obviously develops a sense of self-reliance, enhancing children’s self-confidence, but there should still be parental control in this context, in my view. Many parents often put excessive restrictions on children, limiting their chance to deal with even small matters on their own. Such overprotectiveness gradually leads children to become heavily reliant on their parents. In comparison, allowing children to independently decide, for example, what to wear or how to spend their pocket money in their early years, and asking their opinion in family matters without over-judgement encourage them to feel equal and fairly treated. Children who grow in such environment often express their thoughts boldly and have confidence in problem-solving, risk-taking and decision-making. Yet parental supervision is still reasonably needed in nurturing. The ability of young minds to filter what is right and wrong is still in its infancy, which makes them vulnerable to making the wrong decisions. But obviously, I prefer more permissive parenting rather than traditional authoritative one. It means, parents should give their children the chance to make mistakes through their own decisions, without always discouraging them while consistently monitoring and giving advice where necessary. I believe such autonomy fosters a sense of determination in children and strengthens the parent-child relationship. In conclusion, children should certainly be encouraged to make their own decisions from an early age, but under parents’ close supervision, I believe. 250 words #byOrifjonYunusxadjaev @arifielts

EYES WIDE OPEN — A holistic approach means considering the whole system than just individual parts. It focuses on overall well-being and balance , rather than just treating symptoms or isolated problems . Example: • A holistic approach to health includes good nutrition, exercise, mental well-being, and sleep. • Instead of obsessing about the perfect diet , it's better to take a holistic approach to eating and focus on an overall habits . — To obsess about smthg means to think about it constantly, often in a way that causes stress or anxiety. It implies being overly preoccupied with a particular idea, feeling , or goal . Example: • She obsesses about every small detail of her appearance. • If you obsess about sleep too much, it can actually make it harder to fall asleep.
