The value of sleep in Islam.Why do some people try not to sleep and be an active during the night as a night owl. The Qur'an mentions the word sleep or "nawn" in three places. 1) The first instance is in the greatest verse in the Qur'an, Ayatul-Kursi(verse of the Throne): "..... (just pause and think about that for a second) 2) God says in the Qur'an: "Did We not create you in pairs, give you sleep for rest, the night as a cover, and the day for your livelihood?" [78:8-9] 3) "The righteous will be in Gardens with (flowing) springs. They will receive their Lord's gifts because of the good they did before: sleeping only a little at night, praying at dawn for God's forgivy..." [51:15-18] This story can surely open your eyes: "One day Prophet Moses (as) asked God if He ever sleeps. God asked Moses (as) to carry two buckets of water using a rod and to carry that rod on his shoulder and simply stand. After a while, Moses felt sleey, and as soon as he snoozed, the buckets fell to the ground and the water spilt over the place. This is Intizor Urokova, teacher at Everest Academy with teaching experience of 8 years, with an overall band score of 8.5. 📚

Overall, the mobility to a city hospital had been changed notably as a result of changes made on road network with the introduction of two new roundabouts and the relocation of parking facilities. Additionally, all bus-stops had been removed from both sides of the hospital road.
Prior to 2010, there used to be one T-junction and intersection laid in both the northern and southern ends of hospital road which had been converted into new roundabouts later. The parking area was previously situated on the right wing of the hospital road and served for both staff and public vehicles. This area had remained for the purpose of parking the transports of only staff members, whereas the construction of public car park in the east of the city hospital had created opportunities for public transports to be parked. Overall, the city has gone through completely different big changes for the purpose of being converted into more recreational and modern area with the construction of new entertaining facilities such as bars and clubs as well as restaurant. Another notable change was observed when shopping facilities were redeveloped, while the only untouched facility was the university which was located in the north.
Prior to the improvements carried out in this city, there were nothing in the northern part of it. A new restaurant has been established on the left side of the port, while other entertaining facilities such as bars and clubs have been built on the other side of the port in the east. If we look at the road stretching from the west to the east, it has been pedestrianized.
Once back in 2000 there used to be an empty area at the top-left corner of the map which has been occupied by a five-store residential apartment later. A new tramline connecting a small building of the university eastwards to the city center has been laid. A further change was that a central part of the Nelson city has been specialized in giving bicycles for rent now in contrast to the past. An old train station has been redeveloped as soon as it has been moved to the central territory of the city.
As regards to the shopping amenities, a completely brand-new shopping center has been built in the north-eastern side of the city. Three old street markets have been completely destroyed, and on the other side of the city center, two new covered ones have been constructed instead of them. Additionally, a new shop, to the left of the bike rental service, has been set up.
