*🔰विशेष जानकारी 🔰* भंडार लेखा, भंडारों का भौतिक (वास्तविक)सत्यापन सबंधित :- 1. सामान्य वित्तीय लेखा नियम भाग - II के नियम 12 से 15 के अंर्तगत वर्ष में एक बार भंडारों का भौतिक सत्यापन किया जाना आवश्यक है। 2. यदि पुस्तकालय में पुस्तकों की संख्या 20000 से अधिक न होने तो पुस्तकों का भौतिक सत्यापन प्रत्येक वर्ष किया जाएगा। यदि पुस्तके 20000 से अधिक हो तो सत्यापन 3 वर्षों के अंतराल में किया जावेगा। विद्यालय/कार्यालय स्तर पर कमेठी गठित कर के 31 मई से पहले प्रत्येक भंडार का भौतिक सत्यापन करवाकर 31 मई तक निरीक्षण विभाग जयपुर को रिपोर्ट (प्रमाण पत्र नियम 12(१))भेजना होगा।प्रमाण पत्र सलंग्न है। इस प्रकार भंडारों का भौतिक सत्यापन करवा लेवे ताकि ऑडिट का पैरा नही बने। सलंग्न:- कार्यालय आदेश (समिति गठित नमूना) भौतिक सत्यापन प्रपत्र नियम १२ प्रपत्र *एडमिन पैनल*

User Manual and separate Class wise Marks Distribution have been attached as Scrolling Message of homepage of SD and Result Tab of School Logins. To avoid any kind of traffic obstacles on Portal, fill up Class wise and Candidate wise Examination Marks on SD in time for a smooth Result Generation. Result in *Holistic Progress Report Card* for Class I and II, *Combined Marksheet of Summative Assessments and Competency Based Assessment* for Class III and IV, *Combined Marksheet of Local Examinations and Competency Based Assessment* for Class VI and VII and *Separate Marksheet on basis of Theory and Practical Subjects* of Class IX and XI, is now available Online for Result Entries. Please check the same and ensure it to circulate in your concerned Schools of Blocks and Districts. Results will be generated as *Draft* on the basis of calculations and Departmental Rules and *Final Printout of Marksheet* will be provided after Verification of Result.
