ለፌዴራል ሰነዶች ማረጋጋጫ ኤጀንሲ ባለ25 ፎቅ ህንፃ ሊገነባ ነው በፌዴራል መንግስት ህንፃዎች ግንባታ ፅ/ቤትና በኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች መካከል ስምምነት ተፈረመ በከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር የፌዴራል መንግስት ህንፃዎች ግንባታ ፅ/ቤት ለፌዴራል የሰነዶች ምዝገባና ማረጋገጫ ኤጀንሲየባለ25 ፎቅ ህንፃ ለመገንባት የሚያስችለውን ስምምነት ከኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር በዛሬው ዕለት ተፈራረመ፡፡ በፊርማ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ የተገኙት ክብርት ኢንጂነር አይሻ መሃመድ እንደገለፁት ኤጀንሲው የራሱ ህንፃ ያልነበረው በመሆኑ በየዓመቱ ለከፍተኛ የኪራይ ወጪ ሲዳረግ መቆየቱን ገልፀው የዓመታት ጥያቄው መመለሱን ተናግረዋል፡፡ የህንፃውን ግንባታ የሚያከናውነው የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽንም ራሱን ሪፎርም በማድረግና አደረጃጃቱን በማስተካካል የተሻለ ተቋም መሆኑ በተለያዩ ፕሮጀክቶች አፈፃፀሙ ማስመስከሩንም የገለፁት ክብርት ሚኒስትሯ የኤጀንሲውን ህንፃም በጥራት፣ በታሰበለት ጊዜና ዋጋ ሰርቶ እንደሚያጠናቅቅ ያላቸውን እምነት ገልፀዋል፡፡ ይህን መሰል ፕሮጀክቶችን በአገር በቀል የኮንስትራክሽን ተቋማት ማሰራቱ የአገርን አቅም ከማሳደግ ባሻገር በውጭ የኮንስትራክሽን ድርጅቶች የሚቀርበውን አገርን የሚፈታተን ከፍተኛ ዋጋ በማረጋጋት በኩል ጉልህ ሚና እንዳለውም አስምረውበታል፡፡ ህንፃው ሜክሲኮ አደባባይ አካባቢ በ2ሺ 758 ካ.ሜ ቦታ ላይ በአንድ ቢሊየን 649 ሚሊየን 471ሺ613 ብር ወጪ የሚገነባ ሲሆን ግራውንዱን ጨምሮ ባለ25 ፎቅ ይኖሩታል፡፡ ከአራት ዓመታት ባነሰ ጊዜ እንደሚጠናቀቅም ተመልክቷል፡፡
