### Bootloader Unlock Guide (Infinix / Transsion — MediaTek)
Button to use: Unlock BL(PL+FB)
*(PL = Preloader, FB = Fastboot)*
Do not use Unlock BL(Brom) for this method.
#### Before you start
1. Install the correct USB drivers (MediaTek Preloader + Fastboot / Android Bootloader).
2. Use a good USB cable and a direct PC USB port (avoid hubs).
3. Charge the phone above 30%.
4. Backup important data if needed (unlock may wipe userdata on some devices).
5. In Cheetah Tool, select the correct Brand / Model, then click Select.
#### Steps
1. Open Cheetah Tool Pro.
2. Choose Mediatek from the left menu.
3. Select your phone model and click Select.
4. Go to the Service tab.
5. Open the Bootloader section.
6. Click Unlock BL(PL+FB) (marked in the screenshot).
7. Power the phone OFF, then connect USB and enter Preloader mode
(usually: connect cable while holding Volume Down, or follow the tool prompt).
8. Wait until backup + unlock prepare + write finish.
9. When the tool asks you to enter Fastboot:
- Power off if needed
- Hold Volume Down + Power until Fastboot screen appears
- Or use Recovery → Reboot to bootloader
10. Click OK in the tool.
11. On the phone unlock screen, press Volume Up to confirm.
12. Wait until the tool shows Reboot finished / Operation Finished.
#### Success check
After reboot, Fastboot info should show Unlocked: yes.
#### Important notes
- Keep the cable connected during the whole process.
- If the tool says Android / ADB mode detected, the phone is not in Fastboot yet — reboot to Fastboot again.
- Use only Unlock BL(PL+FB) for this Preloader + Fastboot unlock flow. | 1 173 |
