Australia's main music charts have announced a ban on AI-generated music to start this week.
”The Australian Recording Industry Association says wholly AI-generated tracks will not be eligible for the ARIA Charts, though recordings using AI in a supporting role will remain eligible.
It comes after a song produced with AI became the most-played track on Australian radio and reached number four on two ARIA charts in July.“

| 10 | A single Flock camera hit almost destroyed a young woman’s life.
Lindsey Isaacs, 23, was arrested in Florida and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide after a Flock ALPR flagged her BLACK Dodge Durango near a triple-fatal crash in Florida. She spent 13 days in jail facing a possible life sentence.
The problem? Witnesses described a MAROON Durango, the partial plate didn’t match, and Isaac’s car had no crash damage.
Police ignored all of it and ran with the camera alert anyway.
Charges were eventually dropped.
The actual suspect was later taken into custody where she remains with no bond since 3 victims died as a result of her actions.
