On behalf of the Office of the Dean of Freshman Program, I would like to thank Student Services Dormitory staffs and their Supervisors, today’s exam Invigilators, as well as Freshman Students, who cooperated so much to make the exam program of today, Saturday 27/05/2015, a success. I ask that you also acknowledge them.

ለአንደኛ ዓመት ተማሪዎች በሙሉ
እንኳን ለሁለተኛው ሴሚስተር እስካሁን ለደከማችሁበት የውጤት (ፍሬ) መሰብሰቢያ ወቅት በሰላም አደረሳችሁ እያልን ወቅቱ በራስ የመተማመን እና የአሸናፊነት መንፈስ በማዳበር የፈተና ጥያቄዎችን በራሳችሁ እንድትሰሩ እየመከርን በፈተና ወቅት ለሚያጋጥማችሁ ጥቃቅን ጉዳዮች ከእናንተ ጋር አብረን መሆናችንን እየገለጸን፤ ነገር ግን ቀድማችሁ መስራት ያለባችሁንነጠረቦች እንደሚከተለው እንገልጻለን፤
1ኛ. ሞባይሎቻችሁን በየብሎካችሁ ሃላፊነት ለተሰጣቸው የተማሪዎች መኝታ አገልግሎት ተቆጣጣሪዎች ከጧቱ 12፡00 እስከ 1፡00 ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ወደ ቢሯቸው በመሄድ እንድታስረክቡና ሰለማስረከባችሁ የሚገልጽ ኮፖን በመቀበል በጥንቃቄ በመያዝ ፈተና እንደጨረሳችሁ ኮፖኑን በማስረከብ መታወቂያችሁን በማሳየት ሞባይላችሁን እንድትረከቡ፡፡
2ኛ. ሲም፣ ሚሞሪ እና ባትሪዎን በማውጣት ራሳችሁ እንድትይዙ፡፡
3ኛ. ይህንን የምታደርጉት ፈተና እሰከሚጠናቀቅ ቀን ብቻ ነው፡፡
4ኛ. ሞባይል ወደ ፈተና ክፍል ይዞ የሚመጣ ተማሪ ፈተና ላይ የማይቀመጥ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
