🌤️ Guilty for being happy — anyone else?
Today I was walking alone in the park. Nothing dramatic, nothing planned. Just sun, slow steps, my own breath.
And somewhere in it, I noticed — I was really happy. Not the loud kind. The quiet kind that just sits in the chest like warmth.
As I walked, I noticed the people around me too. Some carrying invisible weight. Some smiling, but held together. Some not even trying to hide the heaviness.
And then, suddenly, a quiet guilt: "Why am I allowed to feel this good when others can't?"
That question hit deeper than expected. Because I know happiness isn't a limited resource — but something in me still flinched, like I was doing something unfair just by being okay.
But the guilt was never about others. It's a residue of unworthiness — an old belief that says if others are struggling, I shouldn't feel ease.
This is where years of my inner child work helped. A younger part of me once learned that joy could be interrupted, that safety had to be earned. So even now, when life softens, that part doesn't know what to do with it — it reaches for guilt, because guilt feels familiar. And when we don't notice that, we subconsciously find reasons — or even create situations — to make ourselves unhappy again, just to feel "normal."
Today, I didn't try to fix anything. I just let the guilt exist without letting it define me. I let the happiness stay. And I let my inner child know — this isn't me being unaligned. It's just an old emotional gap she's still carrying. Happiness was never something we earn after suffering enough.
So if you ever feel guilty for being okay while others aren't — pause, and connect with it. That feeling is your history speaking. It's how you feel — it's not who you are. It doesn't define you.
You're allowed to feel joy without apology. You're allowed to meet your inner child with presence, even on the days she isn't okay.
Healing isn't a single moment — it's a consistent practice of awareness and observation. 🤍

By Day Master — here’s what to look out for 👇
🔥 Fire DM : Emotionally heightened, reactive, impulsive spending. Your nervous system is already running hot before anything even happens — sympathetic overdrive, fight mode. You’re likely able to make some decisions today but make sure it’s coming from a non RW angle.
💧 Water DM : Eyes may wide open suddenly. Anxious about money. Excited about things you can’t fully commit to yet. Thinking about things that have no grounding in what’s actually in front of you right now. That’s hypervigilance — your nervous system scanning for threat even when there isn’t one. Notice when the mind starts running scenarios that don’t exist yet.
🪨 Metal DM : Pressure pressure pressure. External expectations, past unresolved things, internal demands — all flooding in at once. Your system is braced, contracted — freeze-fight hybrid, waiting for impact. Slow the breath down. Long exhale. Metal’s remedy is literally the breath — let the chest open.
🌿 Wood DM : Performative ego rising. If your Wood is strong you’ll hold — but if it’s weak, watch for mental burnout disguised as productivity. Still in output mode even when the tank is empty. This is the “keep going even though I’m exhausted” pattern. Stop before the crash, not after.
🌍 Earth DM : Freeze mode. Brain spinning, body not moving. Overthinking, comparing, evaluating — but can’t actually do anything. Classic shutdown response when the system gets overwhelmed. Constipation today isn’t just physical 😅 Ground yourself. Feet on the floor. Warm food. Slow down.
Know that all of these are just symptoms. They also reflect which elements are dominant in your chart.
The root cause?
Ego. Suppressed, unresolved, unmet needs — reacting to the day’s intensity. These aren’t personality flaws. It’s just your body’s natural nervous system doing what it was designed to do under pressure to keep you safe.
It’s just louder today because the energy is louder today.

🌍 Weaken the Fire with Earth — Slow down even if it feels hard. Let yourself digest — physically and emotionally. Digestion digestion
🌬️ Breathe — that’s your Metal remedy. Long exhale.
Bring more oxygen into your system.
🌙 Rest by tonight. Let the system recover. Don’t push the day into the night.
These aren’t fixes. They’re just ways to cool the heat enough so your clarity can come back.
When the noise settles — then you’ll see clearly. That’s when the real decisions get made. 🌿

Here’s the truth about “finding” fulfilment in life.
Sometimes, what feels like a lack of talent, skill, or success is not actually about capability at all.
It’s about misalignment.
And when we cannot feel fulfilment internally, the instinct is often to do more.
Work harder. Push further. Stay busier. Achieve more.
But if you are moving in the wrong direction, doing more only deepens the exhaustion.
This is something I often observe in BaZi charts with unresolved Si (Snake) qualities or imbalanced Ji Earth qualities.
The symptoms?
• Constantly searching externally for validation or meaning
• Feeling restless even after achieving something
• Overthinking and overdoing
• Becoming trapped in productivity, yet still feeling empty
• Trying to “earn” fulfilment through effort alone
The danger is this:
You may think the answer is more action… when the real answer is awareness, alignment, and honesty with yourself.
Fulfilment is not something you endlessly chase outside of yourself.
It is something that naturally emerges when your actions, energy, and inner truth are aligned.
Doing more is not always growth.
Sometimes, it is avoidance.

Hey guys, I'm feeling a little bit nerdy and philosophical - as I was reflecting today.
I wasn't too sure about how the community and also my dear followers, students would like to here my very "sage" mode 5 Elements story.
But just so you know - its my PASSION, and hence , over the years, my practice have evolved beyond just using 5 elements to understand the human's mind , talent and behaviour. But also the BODY - ready being , simple ... because its needed to find PEACE within ourselves - which by the way -> what it means by ALIGNING ourselves ...

Hey guys,
Over the years of working with BaZi and guiding clients through strategy, ideas, and solutions during Period 8, Period 9 has presented me with an entirely different set of problems. We can no longer approach metaphysics the same way we did in Period 8.
While clients are becoming more intellectual each day — with deeper knowledge of BaZi, knowing their chart, saying "I know what to do" — many still fail to actually break through.
This is the Period 9 problem.
We think the mind and ideas are what's lacking. But the truth is, it's the capability to take the action — even though we already know what to do.
With just another BaZi consultation, the clarity might last for a month. Then it's back to normal again. "I know what I should do, but I can't."
Why? You may blame the resources in your chart. You may blame karma. You may blame your soul contract. You may blame your punishment.
But sometimes, intellectualising your way out of a problem is not a solution.
This is the Period 9 issue.
Period 9 is fire. Brain. Resources. Thoughts. Mind.
And what happens when we are too much in our brain?

I want to share this with you today because of what June has been putting many of us through 🔥
The past few weeks have been noisy. Back to back situations. Changes, conflicts, breakdowns, disruptions — coming in faster than most of us can process. I don't think many of us have even had the time to sit down and make sense of what's been happening.
Even for me — if the same situations had happened a few years ago, I would have already crashed. Sick. Agitated. Spiralling.
But here's what I understand now that I didn't understand then. We are in a state of breaking down before new growth happens. That is the nature of movement.
That is how life works.
So if you're going through breakups, changes at work, family tension, health issues, or money problems right now — hear this clearly:
It is not a punishment. You are not falling apart. You are not failing.
This is the time to let go and allow the falling apart to happen. And yes — that comes with a massive ego check. Because letting go feels like losing. It feels like weakness. It feels like giving up.
But the truth is the opposite. The more you hold on to what's already leaving, the more painful it becomes. Imagine going against nature's will to grow. That's what holding on does.
And while what you're feeling is completely valid — try to step back and see the situation from a different angle:
• If this didn't happen — could you move forward?
• If this wasn't forced upon you — would you have chosen to change?
Probably not.
And for some of you, it's not even about what's happening to you directly. It's what's happening around you — and that in itself is the test. How you react. How you judge. How you make decisions under this pressure.
None of us are exempted from this fire season 🔥 Whether it's obvious to you or not, the energy is here — for you to pay attention to, to interrupt the pattern, or at the very least, to become aware of what triggers you and how you respond.
This is the work. Not fixing. Not forcing. Just seeing clearly — and having the courage to let go of what no longer serves you.
You're not falling apart. You're being rebuilt ❤️

Here's something to share today..today 🙏
The whole reason ECMH exists was never a business plan. It was survival.
When I went through my divorce, my mental and physical breakdown — I wasn't looking for a career pivot. I was desperate to find a reason to keep going in life.
The only question I had was "why me?" I didn't understand what I had done wrong to deserve that much pain.
And it took me years — not months, years — to understand the bigger picture. Through multiple ancient wisdom traditions, the 5 Element philosophy, and the nature of life itself, I came to understand one principle that changed everything:
生老病死
Birth. Aging. Sickness. Death. All forces of nature exist in a state of movement. Nothing lasts forever. Growth, decay, renewal — this is the cycle. It doesn't stop for anyone.
And the only time it becomes truly destructive is when we try to hold on to something that is already asking to leave.
This Fire x Water clash triggers unresolved emotions — the ones sitting underneath that you haven't fully processed. In TCM, this directly affects the Heart, and with it the Shen 神 (spirit). When the Shen is disturbed, the mind loses its anchor. That's when reactive decisions, emotional outbursts, and self-sabotaging behaviour take over.
So what do you do?
Keep things simple. Strip away the noise. Come back to your body 🔥 BE DISCERNING
Before the healing happens, before the "what to do" — the first step is to recognise the energetic pattern through your body- fear , anxiety , ego, fomo-ness etc. That means learning to read and connect to your physical body. Only then can you listen. Only then can you stay grounded.
Here's a simple 5 Elements grounding practice you can do at home:
🫁 Metal — Breathe and Smell
Activate your sense of smell. Use essential oils, or before you eat, pause and smell your food first. Bring your awareness back to the present. Even better — start the day with breathwork.
🪨 Earth — Touch and Ground
Earth represents stability and support. Focus on solid, unmoving textures around you. Plant your bare feet on the floor. Touch the ground. Feel what's beneath you.
💧 Water — Listen and Hear
Pause and focus on what you can hear right now. Not your thoughts. The actual sounds around you. Let your ears do the work while your mind rests.
🔥 Fire — Taste
Bring full attention to what you're eating or drinking. Taste it consciously. Let the sensation land before you swallow and move on.
🌿 Wood — See and Observe
Notice five things you can see in your surroundings right now. Not glance — actually see them. Let your eyes settle. This brings your awareness out of your head and into the present moment.
This isn't complicated. It's intentional 🙏
Stay grounded tonight (past 12am) and tomorrow. Keep things simple. Let the clash reveal what it needs to reveal — but don't let it drive you. Remember to use such time for healing, not to "scare" yourself and try to be fomo- about it.

Past midnight tonight, we enter a very unique and potent day. It's also the Dragon Boat Festival 端午节 — and energetically, this is not a day to take lightly.
This is a powerful clash day (not like any other year)
Specifically, a Horse 午 x Rat 子 clash — Fire versus Water. If you already carry this clash in your BaZi chart, pay extra attention. This is the kind of day where things can escalate quickly if you're not aware.
What to watch for:
→ Anger rising out of nowhere
→ Destructive behaviours or impulses
→ If you're driving or travelling — stay alert to other cars
→ Your heart and mind feeling unsettled
→ Ego flaring up
→ Spirit and emotional state feeling heavy or scattered
