AA MARKET PULSE | 05 JUNE 2026
• GIFT Nifty at 23,512, up 0.14%, signals a positive start for Indian markets
• US markets rallied strongly with Dow up 1.73%, while S&P 500 gained 0.41%, supporting global risk sentiment
• FII sold ₹4,447.06 crore while DII bought ₹4,360.14 crore, indicating continued institutional tussle
• Crude eased to ₹8,842 and DXY remained stable near 99.42, offering some relief on macro concerns
• Markets are awaiting the RBI MPC decision, which is expected to provide key cues on interest rates and economic outlook
• Tata Steel, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank, Vedanta, and Maruti Suzuki remain in focus on corporate and regulatory developments
• Concerns persist that profit-booking may continue even after strong earnings, keeping traders cautious
Overall Sentiment
Market sentiment is cautiously positive, supported by strong global cues and lower crude prices. However, continued FII selling and the RBI policy outcome are likely to keep volatility elevated and drive near-term market direction.

*AA MARKET EDGE | 4 JUNE*
*Bias*: Bearish
• Resistance: 23,500–23,600
• Support: 23,300
• Major Support: 23,000
Nifty remains under pressure below 23,500. Any move towards the resistance zone will be a key area to watch. A break below 23,300 may lead to further weakness, while sustained trade above 23,500 would improve the outlook.
*Market View*: Cautious below 23,500.
*One-Line Summary*:
23,500 remains the level to beat. Until then, the market carries a negative bias.
AA Desk closing note (3rd June)
• Gap down didn't allow prices to reach to previous day high, although pre-day low was breached and price filled gap created in 1st trading week of April 2026
• VWAP was supportive for bearish bias when ORB was breached.
• ORB was well respected today and the rally ends right at the higher level of ORB i.e., 23447.65
Session was overall as per rules and no emotional expansion was there if we follow the ORB structure properly.
