We are pleased to share Part 4 of this special series presenting the English translation of a kathā by Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj on prāpti no vichār. In this part, Swamishri draws our attention to the example of Maharaj's own mālā nā mankā bhaktas — ordinary householder devotees who truly recognised and immersed themselves in this prāpti.
Through the striking example of a nilam (sapphire) used as a mere paperweight, Swamishri reminds us that the value of what we have attained depends entirely on whether we recognise it for what it truly is.
As kāryakars, this is something especially dear to Swamishri — that we take time to sit with this prāpti, recognise its true worth, and not let our days pass absorbed only in mān, tān, khān and pān.
Let us take some time to listen to his kathā, reflect on the English translation, and make sincere efforts to immerse ourselves in this prāpti.

Sansthā ni ājivan sevā āpde karvij joye. Āpdi faraj chhe🙇♂️ Serving the sanstha is our duty. This is the heartfelt way to offer gratitude to our guru.
We are pleased to share Part 3 of this special series presenting the English translation of a kathā by Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj on prāpti no vichār. In this part, Swamishri takes us into a profound contemplation on the nature of eternity itself — guiding us to understand, through this lens, just how extraordinary and impossible this prāpti truly is.
As kāryakars, let us take this opportunity to sit with these words and reflect deeply on what we have been blessed with — so that this understanding may truly take root within us and transform the way we engage in our sevā and Satsang.
Let us take some time to listen to his kathā, reflect on the English translation, and continue to make sincere efforts to immerse ourselves in this prāpti.

Seva – Jivanā Kalyān māṭe
Seva is not just an act — it is a path to purify the heart and uplift our life. When done with humility and without expectation, it brings us closer to Maharaj and Swami.
True seva transforms us — from ego to humility, from self to seva.
🌿 Seva is the way to real inner growth and kalyan.
On this auspicious day of 3 April, the English date for the Pragatya Din of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, we are pleased to release the first part of a special series sharing the English translation of a kathā by Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj on prāpti no vichār. As kāryakars, this is something especially dear to Swamishri — that we take time to reflect on this prāpti. By doing so, it helps deepen our seva and strengthen our personal Satsang.
Let us take some time to listen to his katha, reflect on the English translation, and begin taking steps in our own lives to immerse ourselves in this prāpti.

On 28 December 2009 in Mehalav, India, Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj demonstrated true humility in action — reminding all that nothing is achieved by our own efforts, and that ego must never arise. Through his response to praise, he reinforced that all joy lies in remaining a sevak.
Sevama thak sheno? (Why feel tired in seva?)
👉 Change the mindset, and seva transforms from effort into bliss.

As karyakars of Swamishri one of our responsibilities is to help develop satsang. So why is it so important that we do gun grahan?
On the aucpicious day of Fagan Sud Chaudas, as we celebrate the divine life of Brahmaswarup Bhagatji Maharaj, let us read a tribute from our beloved Guru Param Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj on the mahima of Bhagatji Maharaj and the pure intentions he had whilst performing his seva.
Let us resolve to imbibe those same pure intentions in each and every seva activity we undertake…
