We are looking for a senior researcher who uses their knowledge of research methods and analytical techniques to solve problems. Who will perform on market research in order to identify opportunities for new products or services that are likely to be successful in the marketplace.
You will be Responsible for:
-Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
-Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
-Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
-Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
-Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
-Implement incentives to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals
-Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
-Nurture collaboration amongst team members
-Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
-Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts
-Write project reports as necessary
-Reward team members for their continued efforts and celebrate accomplishment

We are looking for a methodical Research Analyst who will be responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to markets, operations, finance/accounting, and economics. We need Research Analysts to survey customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions. The successful researcher will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness.
You will be Responsible for:
-Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
-Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
-Compile and collect data-driven research and market intelligence that combine our proprietary data with outside data -sets to identify key trends and analyze the momentum of market
-Implement effective research strategies to map out talent movement and talent trends within specific segments
-Interpret data and present research findings
-Assist with custom portfolio company-directed research
-Understand and develop forward-looking analyses and insights for top tech areas
-Develop and give stakeholders and entrepreneurs presentations to discuss market trends in tech and other developmental sectors.
-Support portfolio companies requests with data and category knowledge
-Design and back test relevant strategies for new fund types.
-Manipulate datasets, create financial models and summarize findings in a succinct manner for management's usage.
-Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of different projects and their stakeholders.
-Reporting on changes, risks, and emerging trends in the markets - on both the regulatory and technology front.
