M1 1) It was a long monologue about difference between military and civil way of things but crux was - Since, you work in defence hq, how do you manage relations with military officers like wing commander, group captain etc. 2) Suppose you have promised Ur wife a movie at 6:00 in evening ( office closes at 5:30pm) but in meantime, Air Marshal gives you some work at 4:30 and you will not be able to go till 6:00. So I got direct call letter for Service Selection Board and qualified it, unfortunately to be disqualified in Medical. Okay,what would you have become if you had qualified Navy ? Sir I would have joined electrical wing of Indian Navy after doing my B.Tech from Indian Naval Academy,Ezhimala. Okay Thank you Mukund. Thank you sir. Overrall : Chairman sir and distinguished members were very supportive. Ma'am asked me to lower mask as I entered, which made things easy. Members at broked down questions as well to make it less complex. Most of questions were DAF based as can be seen in transcript. Leadership in general was recurrent theme as well as NCC. There were three situational question, making secretary of particular department and then to solve given issues. Further,there was no much grilling and was given enough time and comfort to speak my mind. At one point I went upto talking 6-7 provision of New Education policy and ma'am kept on nodding. On lighter note I was thinking please interrupt now am running short of points. Overall : Very supportive board and all members listened attentively. Gist of my assessment : Happy and blessed that reached upto here in maiden shot and gave my best. Content with whatever could do possibly. Rest God assured. *Further I sincerely hope and pray that everyone of us in touch with civil services exam reading this and especially CSE aspirant and fellow brethren(who could not appear interview) gets to appear sooner.
