Wells Fargo is BEGGING for cash, and they're not the only ones. Here's a promotion offering a whole entire 1% bonus if you transfer in $250,000 and leave it in the bank for at least 45 days or more. This timing is suspicious considering that the reverse repo account at the fed is on its way to zero in the next several months, and banks will have to begin liquidating "assets" to cover remaining shortfalls. The $250,000 deposit amount is an obvious attempt to give customers a false sense of security that the FDIC will protect your deposits; but, if there are capital controls and withdrawal limits in the near future, then most of that cash will not be yours anymore. When you put cash in the bank, you become an unsecured creditor to the bank; and many banks can use bail-in laws to seize depositor funds if the bank becomes insolvent. It's much better to just put your excess funds into physical metals outside the system, not dependent on banks, exchanges, brokerages, etc. @SilverStackerSS

Silver being a byproduct of all other mining is a strength. It's like investing in the S&P 500, it invests in the economy as a whole. And if the economy ever crashes, then silver will become giga scarce, because it's total supply has outflow due to being used in industry a lot.
