Yeah, m193 out of a 16-20" can smoke right through ar500 level III armor plates at fighting distances. Basically anything over somewhere around 3k fps is the threshold iirc. But vanilla Level III will stop almost all rifle and handgun rounds, aside from black tip AP, and those super fast tiny little guys. The "III+" is just gravy, seems like they do ok.

I'm considering trying to flip some QNT, make a few thousand on that trade, then buy silver as an endgame currency
