She has been running interagency meetings and working with other top officials on migration and the LA Declaration. GOP supporters argued that HB 237 would aid law enforcement in cracking down on protesters who use and wear face masks. They asserted that demonstrators were exploiting pandemic-era measures to conceal their identities, especially after a surge of pro-Palestine protests across the nation and at North Carolina universities. "It's about time that the craziness is at least slowed down, if not stopped," remarked GOP State Sen. Buck Newton, a sponsor of the bill. DIRTY SHOTS: Study finds Pfizer’s COVID-19 injection has MORE THAN 500 times allowable levels of DNA contamination A study has found that the mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) injections from Pfizer contain DNA contamination more than 500 times the allowable levels. The paper published May 8 in Methods and Protocols pointed out this danger, noting that "the available information and data indicate that the ready-to-use mRNA vaccine from Pfizer contains DNA impurities that exceed the permitted limit value by several hundred times and, in some cases, even more than 500 times." Its findings raise fears that the foreign DNA may integrate into that of the vaccinated person's, causing mutations that can lead to diseases such as cancer. Modified mRNA vaccines work by encapsulating the RNA sequence of the COVID-19 spike protein into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). The LNPs can then deliver the RNA payload into the body's cells. The RNA is then integrated into the person's genetics so they will produce the COVID-19 spike protein, which the body can then develop an immune response to. But according to the May 8 study, mRNA is not the only genetic information being injected into people. The discovery of massive amounts of genetic contamination indicates that the vaccinated may have mutated, having the new DNA become part of their genetic makeup. "It should also be taken into account that DNA impurities [in the vaccine] are apparently integrated into the LNPs, and are thus transported directly into the cells of a vaccinated person just like the mRNA active ingredient," the study authors wrote. "Among genetically engineered drugs, those with mRNA active ingredients are a special case, as their cell-free biosynthesis requires high concentrations of DNA templates, which must be removed before the products can be used as drugs." According to the researchers, "DNA impurities are possible due to the manufacturing process" but can be easily separated. But in the case of Pfizer's vaccines, "contaminating DNA and active ingredient mRNA are both nucleic acids and therefore chemically so similar that separation is far more difficult than separating DNA during the purification of protein active ingredients." Cancer-causing SV40 present in Pfizer's COVID-19 injection The findings of the May 8 study followed earlier discoveries of DNA contamination in the Pfizer shots by other researchers. Among the prior findings include the cancer-causing Simian Virus 40 (SV40) pathogen in the injections, as well as a 2018 Moderna patent discussing the company's interest in removing DNA fragments from vaccines. In particular, Health Canada confirmed the presence of DNA contamination in the Pfizer COVID-19 injections. Canada's federal health department also confirmed that the New York-based drug manufacturer did not disclose this contamination. Speaking to the Epoch Times, Health Canada said while Pfizer provided the full DNA sequences of the plasmid in its vaccine at the time of the initial submission, it "did not specifically identify the SV40 sequence." The agency added: "Health Canada expects sponsors to identify any biologically functional DNA sequences within a plasmid, such as an SV40 enhancer, at the time of submission." The Canadian health department's admission followed scientists Kevin McKernan and Phillip Buckhaults discovering the presence of bacterial plasmid DNA in the mRNA COVID-19 injections. According to the two, the contamination levels were potentially 18 to 70 times higher than the limits set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency. McKernan and Buckhaults tested four expired vials of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine vials, which were "thought to only contain mRNA." U.K. refuses to sign WHO Global Pandemic Treaty The United Kingdom has declined to endorse the World Health Organization's (WHO) global pandemic treaty due to concerns over potential infringement of its sovereign rights. They added that a consensus has not yet been reached and discussions on the final draft of the treaty are ongoing. The source also mentioned that despite the U.K. seeking to collaborate with fellow WHO member states, it refuses to relinquish control over its assets. "The new pact and a series of updates to existing rules for dealing with pandemics from the WHO are intended to shore up the world's defenses against new pathogens after the COVID-19 pandemic killed millions of people," according to Reuters. "One of the main points of disagreement between wealthy countries and developing states is the vexed issue of sharing drugs and vaccines fairly." This is according to True the Vote Founder Catherine Engelbrecht, who notes that although people who are not American citizens are generally barred from voting in theory, many non-citizens do end up casting their ballots because there are no effective measures in place to stop them from doing so. Title 18 of U.S. Code 611 says that it is unlawful for aliens to vote unless… “(c) (3) the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.” In other words, if they believe they are American citizens but are unable to provide proof of this when they register to vote, they can still vote as long as they sign a sworn statement that they are citizens. When you consider the influx of illegal aliens that have come across our borders since Biden became president – we don’t actually know how many because a lot of them are unaccounted for, but it’s at least 10 million at the southern border – it’s pretty easy to see how such a huge subset of voters has the power to completely change the outcome of the election. Unfortunately, the system here makes it fairly easy for people who aren’t citizens to make their way onto election rolls, and tracking them can be challenging. Moreover, the Biden administration has actually made it easier for this to happen thanks to its abuse of asylum laws and humanitarian parole programs. We don’t have a national database tracking illegals who could register to vote or those whose identities might be used by others wishing to vote. If we can’t even track the illegals who have made their way into the U.S., how are we going to be able to track the numbers who get onto state voter rolls? Oversight is at the local and state levels, and many are simply not up to the task. It’s worth noting that some illegals and non-citizens might end up on voter registration rolls even without doing so intentionally to subvert our laws. Just the Facts conducted a study involving 2022 Census records that found as many as 27 percent of non-citizens have registered to vote illegally – and 16 percent of them are believed to have voted in the national elections in 2008. How are illegals voting in U.S. elections? Section 611 of Title 18 isn’t the only way illegals are voting. Some are able to vote simply by checking off the “register to vote” box when they apply for a driver’s license. There are some illegals who misrepresent their citizenship status deliberately in order to vote, while others reply to organizations that mail out absentee ballot request forms or voter registration forms and fall through the cracks. There are many issues at play here muddying the waters, such as legal cases that pave the way for non-citizen voting. For example, some groups file claims of voter suppression and carry out politicized legal maneuvering that blocks efforts to clean up voter rolls and protect the integrity of our democracy. There are also jurisdictions that permit non-citizens to vote in some local elections, which can create confusion for non-citizens and result in them showing up to vote for federal elections – and sometimes getting away with it. In addition, there have been reports of NGOs tasked with settling illegals encouraging them to vote.
