The Ho Edition of the United Way Ghana Youth Empowerment Programme is designed to equip young people aged 18–35 with the leadership, entrepreneurial, and employability skills needed to succeed in today's economy. The programme will consist of: A one-day Youth Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Summit, focused on leadership, innovation, career readiness, and essential soft skills. A two-day entrepreneurship workshop for 30 selected young entrepreneurs, featuring practical business training, mentorship, and coaching to help them start or grow sustainable businesses. A business pitch competition, where participants will present their business ideas for the opportunity to receive grants ranging from GH₵10,000 to GH₵25,000, based on the feasibility, viability, scalability, and sustainability of their ventures.
