God's Presence and Power in the believer does not increase. The moment the Holy Spirit came into you at your new birth, all of God's Presence and Power entered into your spirit. The believer doesn't lack power, grace and the presence of God.
Why the Power of God seems not to be readily available for most believers is due to the veils in their souls, which do not allow the flow of the Power of God. These veils in the soul can be dealt with by the impartation of spiritual understanding.

Debunking the truth of Spiritual maturity is necessary in these times, as many have misunderstood what it really means to be spiritually mature. Taking responsibility in the Church and manifesting Spiritual Gifts are not the yardstick for measuring spiritual growth, although the more a person grows in the Spirit, the more it is reflected in his work in God's vineyard and his desire to reach out to others with God's Love.
Love is the yardstick for measuring spiritual maturity. A person who knows what the gospel is about or entails and begins to meditate on the love of God revealed in Christ will burn to want to reach out to others with the goal of causing people to see the love of Christ.
