| 2 |  The Advice of Shaykh Rabīʿ Bin Hādī Regarding Tawḥīd, Sincerity, Taqwā, Unity and Brotherhood (2013)

And you must build brotherly union in [all affairs] between yourselves, go hand in hand (with each other to achieve unity), and cooperate upon righteousness and piety and (you must) keep far away from separation all of its causes. The person who comes to the Salafi Daʿwah must adopt this methodology, he should keep away from all the ways that kindle differences and separation.
There are some people who stir up the causes of separation, they stir up tribulations and thereby tear up the Salafis, rupturing them [into pieces]. This is not from the correct methodology, and nor from the Salafi way, and nor from the methodology of the Ṣaḥābah and Tābiʿīn. Some people (deliberately) seek out and find ways which split and tear apart. Such people are not to be trusted with respect to the dīn of Allāh, the Blessed and Exalted...

| 3 | This is an amazing snapshot of the state of affairs in the year 2000, prior to 9/11, when the Salafi scholars had noticed the imminent danger of the Qutbi and Ikhwani terrorist ideologies that were spreading amongst the Muslim youth.
In the UK, Shaikh Abu Iyad and others had been writing, translating and lecturing trying to warn the shabāb from this ideology — and they came up against hatred and opposition from the Qutbiyyah and Surūriyyah.

It has been a month since the above statement (Part 3) was published and he who spread the allegations on social media was unable to substantiate them, despite being given ample time to do so. He has not apologised nor retracted his widely publicised and distributed accusations which amount to slander. This is a gross violation of the Salafi methodology in terms how presumed or actual errors of a person of Ahl al-Sunnah are to be dealt with and is not the way of the Major Scholars.
The Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “Whoever disputed with
falsehood while knowing it [to be so] will remain under Allāh’s wrath until he desists from it, and whoever said something about a believer that is untrue, Allāh will make him dwell in corrupt fluid—[the juice and pus of the people of Hellfire]—until he abandons what he said.” Ṣaḥīḥ Sunan Abī Dāwūd (no. 3597). | 869 |

In this part in the series, the claim that I belittled a particular shaykh is refuted, and it will become clear that these are just wild imaginations and foolish interpretations. Within this part I also quote one of my clear statements from the audios wherein I encourage return to the scholars for fatwā which demolishes the claim that I am trying to use a false principle to “topple the scholars”, which is what I refuted in part 2 above. | 828 |

After the poster of the accusations was unable to justify his initial attacks and provide evidence for them as requested by me in the first statement above, he made a short post on his social media accounts on 7 October 2024, this time trying to frame me with a particular principle. The direction he has taken is to make it look as if I want to bring the scholars down by laying down false principles. In this second statement I address it, clarify it and once again advise him that his way is a misguided, harmful one, that it is definitely not the way of the Major Scholars, and that he should maintain truthfulness and academic integrity in this matter.
The above document was released on 22 October 2024. However, a day earlier on 21 October 2024, the social media poster had released another open refutation, this time employing what amounts to namīmah (tale-carrying) in order to create a scandal and to use people's emotions to cloud the underlying issues. This was a further attempt to create more smoke and mirrors to deflect from the fact that he slandered me and is unable to provide evidence and justification for his slanders. In the first part, I make a request to the poster of the accusations to provide his evidence and I notify him of his opposition to the way of the Major Scholars in his conduct. I inform him that because of the circumstances surrounding his actions, his conduct does not emanate from a genuine desire to correct errors, and is plainly evident given the facts of the situation. I also caution him against slander and defamation.
Then on 7 October 2024—two days after the above document was released—the accuser posted a short article on his social media accounts wherein he accused me of using a false principle to undermine the scholars. He was unable to justify his initial slanders, so this was simply a smokescreen. This accusation is refuted in the second statement to follow. | 689 |
| 12 | Regarding What Has Been Circulated on Social Media of Accusations
RECENTLY, A GROUP OF PEOPLE collaborated together in spreading the lie that I claim that the Major Scholars are “bedouins from the desert who are not proficient” and that they “submit to their leaders with a blind-following” and that I desire to “topple the status of the Major Scholars in order to promote a false idea”.
Commencing 19 September 2024, these accusations were spread on social media platforms to more than 75,000 followers. They were subsequently translated into English, Urdu, German and perhaps other languages and spread also on social media and chat platforms.
