*महत्वाची सूचना*
वार्षिक पद्धतीमधील सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांचे
आणि सेमिस्टर सिस्टीममधील BA व BCom विद्यार्थ्यांचे
hall ticket डाउनलोड करण्याची लिंक
CDOE वेबसाईटवर उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आलेली आहे.
जर एखाद्या विद्यार्थ्याचे hall तिकीट डाउनलोड होत नसेल अथवा hall ticket वर एखाद्या सेमिस्टरचे विषय छापून आले नसतील तर विद्यार्थ्यांनी पुढील प्रमाणे कागदपत्रे सोबत ठेवावी
१) विद्यार्थ्याची backlog विषयांची परीक्षा असल्यास, विद्यार्थ्याचे एखादे ओळखपत्र (आधार / PAN इ.) आणि मागील परीक्षेचा निकाल सोबत ठेवावा. विद्यार्थी अनुत्तीर्ण / अनुपस्थित असल्याची खात्री करूनच विद्यार्थ्यास परीक्षेत बसून दिली जाईल याची विद्यार्थ्यांनी नोंद घ्यावी.
२) अशा विद्यार्थ्यांनी परीक्षा सुरू होण्याअगोदर अर्धा तास परीक्षा केंद्र प्रमुख यांची भेट घ्यावी.
२) विद्यार्थ्याची regular Sem परीक्षा असल्यास विद्यार्थ्यानी प्रवेश अर्ज अर्ज सोबत ठेवावा.
वरील गोष्टींची पूर्तता केल्यावरच हॉल तिकीट न मिळालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना परीक्षा केंद्रावर बसू दिले जाणार आहे याची सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी नोंद घ्यावी

▪️ All examinees are informed that it is mandatory to paste your recent passport-size photograph on the Hall Ticket when attending the examination.
▪️ Additionally, obtaining the stamp and authorized signature of the respective Study Centre on the Hall Ticket is compulsory.
Special Notice for BA Students:As the examinations start tomorrow, if it is not possible to get the Study Centre's signature and stamp on the Hall Ticket tomorrow, students must bring any of the following original ID cards when coming for the exam:

*महत्त्वाची सूचना*
▪️सर्व परीक्षार्थ्यांना सूचित करण्यात येते की, परीक्षेस उपस्थित राहताना Hall Ticket वर स्वतःचा अलीकडील (Current) पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो चिकटवणे अनिवार्य आहे.
▪️तसेच, Hall Ticket वर संबंधित अभ्यास केंद्राचा (Study Centre) शिक्का व अधिकृत सही घेणे बंधनकारक आहे.
*BA च्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी विशेष सूचना* :
उद्यापासून परीक्षा सुरू होत असल्यामुळे, जर उद्या Hall Ticket वर अभ्यास केंद्राची सही व शिक्का घेणे शक्य झाले नाही, तर विद्यार्थ्यांनी परीक्षेला येताना खालीलपैकी कोणतेही मूळ (Original) ओळखपत्र सोबत आणावे:

*Step 4* - Click Download Hallticket button
*Step 5* - Enter PRN & download Hallticket

| 11 | As per the instructions issued by the Examination Department *(Only for Semester System Students)* :
1) *Hall tickets* for the examinations to be held in *July 2026* will be made available to all students before the commencement of the examinations. Once the examination department releases the hall tickets, they will be immediately made available to all the students through their respective study centers.
2) Students under the *semester system* who need to fill *backlog examination form* will get the link to fill the form after the backlog examinations have started. Thereafter, the students will be able to fill the backlog examination form.
3) In other words, the backlog examination will begin before the backlog examination form submission. However, even if a student has not filled the backlog examination form, their backlog subjects will appear on their hall ticket, and such students will be able to appear for the backlog examination.
4) Therefore, students will be able to appear for the backlog subject examinations though they have not filled the backlog examination form.
5) However, students who appear for the backlog examinations *must fill the backlog examination form* that will be made available after the examination. The result of such students will be declared only if they fill the backlog examination form.
6) All students are requested to take note that the notice and the link to fill the backlog examination form will be made available on the website as well as on the study centre’s group. | 633 |
| 12 | परीक्षा विभागाने दिलेल्या सूचनेनुसार
१) जुलै-२०२६ मध्ये होणाऱ्या परीक्षांचे हॉल तिकीट, परीक्षा सुरु होण्यापूर्वी सर्व विद्यार्थ्याना उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येतील.
परीक्षा विभागाकडून हॉल तिकीट उपलब्ध झाल्यावर सर्व विद्यार्थ्याना त्यांच्या अभ्यास केंद्रांमार्फत त्वरित हॉल तिकीट उपलब्ध होतील.
२) सत्र पद्धती (सेमिस्टर सिस्टीम) मधील ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांना बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरायचा आहे, अशा विद्यार्थ्याना बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरायची लिंक बॅकलॉग परीक्षा सुरु झाल्यानंतर उपलब्ध होईल, आणि त्यानंतरच विद्यार्थ्याना बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरता येईल.
३) म्हणजेच, बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरण्याची लिंक सुरु होण्यापूर्वीच बॅकलॉग परीक्षा सुरु झालेली असेल.
तथापि, ज्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे बॅकलॉग विषय राहिलेले आहेत, अशा विद्यार्थ्यांनी बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरलेला नसेल तरीही विद्यार्थ्यांच्या हॉल तिकिटवर बॅकलॉग विषय येतील आणि अशा विद्यार्थ्याना बॅकलॉग विषयांची परीक्षा देता येईल.
४) सबब, बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरलेला नसताना देखील विद्यार्थ्याना बॅकलॉग विषयाची परीक्षा देता येईल.
५) तथापि, जे विद्यार्थी बॅकलॉग परीक्षा देतील, अशा विद्यार्थ्याना परीक्षेनंतर उपलब्ध होणारा बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरावा लागेल. त्यानंतरच अशा विद्यार्थ्यांचा निकाल जाहीर करण्यात येईल.
६) बॅकलॉग परीक्षा अर्ज भरण्याबाबतची सूचना व लिंक वेबसाईटवर तसेच अभ्यास केंद्रांच्या ग्रुपवर देखील उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येईल, याची सर्व विद्यार्थ्यानी नोंद घेण्यात यावी, ही विनंती. | 608 |
