🔷 News Update : Some Important Facts for Unreserved Category in the Bihar Prosecution Officer (Bihar PO/APO)
👉How much for students from other states under the domicile policy in respect of Bihar APO (300 posts)?
▪️If we specifically talk about Bihar APO (300 posts), the percentage of seats available for candidates from outside states is as follows:
▪️Total Advertisement Posts: 300
▪️Total Unreserved (UR) Seats: 129
▪️Reserved for General Women of Bihar (35%): 41 seats
▪️Open seats for outside states : 88 seats (129 – 41)
▪️Percentage : Out of total 300 posts, candidates from outside states can get selection on 88 posts i.e. about 29.3% posts.
▪️Residents of Bihar are also eligible to claim these 88 posts.
👉 Who will compete on these 88 seats?
There is an open competition for these posts, in which all the following candidates will be included:
▪️Male candidates of general category (UR) of Bihar.
▪️All male candidates from outside states (irrespective of the category they belong to in their state).
▪️All women candidates from outside states (because they do not get women reservation of Bihar).
▪️All disabled candidates from outside states.
▪️Those meritorious students of reserved categories of Bihar (BC, EBC, SC, ST, EWS) whose marks are very high in the cut-off and they get selected on general seats instead of their category
