Sheikh Muqbil rahimahullah commented: “These words are clear and manifest misguidance. If he wished to make a Jew superior to Allaah, free is He from imperfection, the Most High, then he is a disbeliever (i.e. apostate). And if he intended that the Jews and Christians and the worshippers of the cow and chickens and others are very many in number yet they do not vote for Allaah, then this is another matter, however it is still clear misguidance (on al-Qaradawi's behalf). He is the one who destroyed Fir'aun. and He destroyed Qaarun. and He destroyed many nations, from amongst those who exceeded beyond bounds and who stood in the faces of the Prophets of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic. So he aided the Prophets and gave them victory, in this life and the Next. Voting is only needed by a weak man, O Pauper!....Have you disbelieved O Qaradawi or have you brought yourself nearer? [Silencing the Hounding Dog, pp. 110-112]. After these words were played to him, Shaikh Ibn Uthaimeen rahimahullah said: “I seek refuge in Allaah. It is obligatory for this person to repent. And if he does not he should be killed as an apostate, since he made the creation more knowledgeable than the Creator. It is upon him to repent to Allaah, so if he repents, then Allaah forgives the sins of His servants. REJOICE! | The death of an innovator is relief for the Muslim Ummah Abu Qatadah radhiyallahu 'anhu narrated: “We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when a funeral procession passed by. The Messenger of Allah said: ((مُسْتَرِيحٌ وَمُسْتَرَاحٌ مِنْهُ)) “One is relieved and another others are relieved from.” When asked what he meant by these words he ﷺ replied: ((الْعَبْدُ الْمُؤْمِنُ يَسْتَرِيحُ مِنْ نَصَبِ الدُّنْيَا وَأَذَاهَا إِلَى رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ وَالْعَبْدُ الْفَاجِرُ يستريح مِنْهُ الْعباد والبلاد وَالشَّجر وَالدَّوَاب)) “A believer is relieved (by death) from the troubles and hardships of the world and leaves for the Mercy of Allah, while (the death of) a wicked person relieves the people, the land, the trees, (and) the animals from him.” [Reported by Bukhari and Muslim] ___ Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi has passed away at an age nearing 97 years; (years) most of which were spent in support of Jews and Christians and the call for interfaith dialogue and even unification (between these faiths). Al-'Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaamee, may Allaah have mercy upon him, explained: "'So whoever Allaah wants to guide,' meaning whoever Allaah wants to guide with the two types of guidance: 1. The guidance of clarification, direction, and instruction. 2. The guidance of success and inspiration. Allaah expands his chest to [accept] Islaam. So he loves Islaam and is delighted with it, which is submission and surrender [to Allaah]. He finds himself loving Islaam, loving religiosity, and loving uprightness. If the servant recognises from himself these ideals, then this means that Allaah has expanded his chest to [accept] Islaam, and He has guided him. This is the guidance of clarification, direction, and instruction, which is followed by the guidance of success and inspiration, such that Allaah grants him success to perform righteous actions, be sincere, and follow His Messenger (ﷺ) in these deeds. No actions are accepted unless two prerequisites are both met: i. To sincerely perform the action for Allaah in a way where it is not corrupted by showing off, the love of fame, prestige and prominence. However, he solely seeks with this the Face of Allaah alone. ii. The action has to be in accordance to what the Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ) came with. So Allaah grants him success to accomplish this." The Ways To Achieve Happiness Guidance Is Of Two Types بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم أَفَمَن شَرَحَ ٱللَّهُ صَدْرَهُۥ لِلْإِسْلَٰمِ فَهُوَ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ مِّن رَّبِّهِۦۚ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْقَٰسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ Is he whose breast Allaah has opened to Islaam, so that he is in light from His Lord (as he who is a non-Muslim)? So woe to those whose hearts are hardened against remembrance of Allaah! They are in plain error! [Al-Quraan 39:22] And He, the Most High, said: فَمَن يُرِدِ ٱللَّهُ أَن يَهْدِيَهُۥ يَشْرَحْ صَدْرَهُۥ لِلْإِسْلَٰمِۖ وَمَن يُرِدْ أَن يُضِلَّهُۥ يَجْعَلْ صَدْرَهُۥ ضَيِّقًا حَرَجًا كَأَنَّمَا يَصَّعَّدُ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ كَذَٰلِكَ يَجْعَلُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّجْسَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ And whomsoever Allaah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islaam; and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky. Thus Allaah puts the wrath on those who believe not. [Al-Quraan 6:125]

Assalamu alaykum I travelled to the flood affected areas in Nowshera, Pakistan today. You can see from the marks on the buildings and walls the water level exceeded 10ft in height. Some houses are still not accessible. These are people that were already poor and now their livelihood and livestock has been destroyed Allahul Musta’aan.
