According to a commonly shared story, the anthropologist Margaret Mead was supposedly asked by a student what she thought was the earliest sign of a civilized society. There are many variations of the anecdote, but the general details are similar: To the student’s surprise, Mead replied that the first sign of civilization is a healed human femur—the long bone that connects the hip to the knee. Mead proceeded to explain, as the story goes, that wounded animals in the wild would be hunted and eaten before their broken bones could heal. Thus, a healed femur is a sign that a wounded person must have received help from others. Mead is said to have concluded, “Helping someone else through difficulty is where civilization starts.” It is, to be sure, a beautiful, “feel-good” story—one that puts kindness, altruism, and collaboration at the heart of being human. #Ortho

السلام عليكم ان شاء الله تستفادون من الفديو بهاي الرسالة راح اوضح كم شغلة خاف مواضحة بالفديو بالنسبه لل HOPI فسمعو الفويز الي راح انزله جوه بالنسبة ROS فاي عرض باي سستم يطلع positive عند ال patient لازم تسألون عن تفاصيله الي هيه Onset duration frequency و هكذا بالنسبة لل PMHx اذا ال patient عنده chronic disease لازم تسألون عن التفاصيل مثلاً Diagnosed since By On medication و هيج هاي السوالف تنذكر ب PMHx بالنسبة لل Feeding hx فهاي مال حساب ال calories بحالة ال bottle feeding ممطلوبه بالهستري من تاخذو من البيشنت بس ممكن تنسألون عنها بامتحان نهاية الروتة ببساطة حفظوها كالتالي الطفل يحتاج 100kcal/kg/day تضرب وزن الطفل ب 100 يطلع احتياجه من kcal باليوم تقسم ع 20 ( مثل متفقنه كل ounce من الممة بيه 20kcal) يطلع فد رقم يمثل ( الطفل يحتاج كم ounce باليوم حتى يحصل احتياجه من kcal) اقسمه ع كم مره يرضع باليوم حتى يطلعلي بكل رضعة كم ounce اسويله و بالنسبة لل vaccination hx فانتو من DOB عرفتو عمره و شلازم يكون ماخذ بهالعمر فتسألون مكمل لقاحاته ؟ شوكت اخر لقاح اخذه؟ شسمه اللقاح؟ اذا معرفو اسمه فوين اخذه بيا مكان ؟ حتى تعرفون هو شنو اذا جان ماخذ اخر لقاح حسب العمر مالته فهاهيه ميحتاج تسألون ع القديمات معناتها هو ماشي ويه الجدول
