Converting to a secured party creditor holder in due course (SPC HCC) restores full legal and equitable title. Four Law Forms: The U.S. Constitution Article 3, Section 2, Clause 1 establishes four law forms: Common Law, Equity, Admiralty, and Maritime. Bar members can only operate in equity, admiralty, and maritime, not common law. Trust Structures: Different types of trusts serve different purposes. Statutory revocable living trusts avoid probate but keep individuals in legislative jurisdiction. Common law trusts operate in original jurisdiction, separate from legislative jurisdiction. Discharge and Offset: Discharge is the process of offsetting liabilities using bonds or other instruments. Every transaction using checks or debit cards is technically a discharge or offset from a trust account. Treasury Direct Accounts: Individuals have Treasury Direct accounts created at birth through their birth certificates. These accounts can be accessed and used for discharging liabilities once proper standing is established. The Minor's Mindset: The psychological and contractual conditioning that keeps individuals operating as dependents of the state rather than as sovereign individuals with full responsibility and authority.
