It was a gift I offered because, in those moments, you mattered. I hope that in quiet hours, when the world feels heavy, you remember there was someone who looked at you and saw something worth holdirg on to. That love may not be beside you anymore, but it still lives with you, tucked in the smail spaces where you once let me in. the hardest pill I had to swallow was realising that you can feel completely alone & lost at your lowest, and time won't slow down for you, life wouldn't wait for you to be okay, days will pass, people would still laugh, life would still demand things from you. no one would stop to ask if you're okay enough to keep going. so you learn to stand for yourself, even when your legs are shaking & you're running out of breath. you learn to be your own voice, your own support, your own reason to keep breathing. It's a hard truth, but it stays with you: at the end of the day, when the noise fades, and everyone else is gone, the only person left to root for you is you. So take care of yourself first. Adios.
