Whale friend has eyes!
To finish the head:
- add final cheek spots
- eye liner and lids
- teeth and tongue
- sew liner to neck and add tag
Last night I prepped these eyes to be painted. This morning I’m getting them all ready for installation ♡
Eyes are also just pressure fit in while I work on the mouth to get an idea of how they look

The head is so nice and smooth! I’m really happy with how it’s looking.
I now need to ladder stitch up around the mouth and eyes

Still needs to be glued down but I want to add in some badding around the muzzle to ensure the fur stays smooth when glued.
Was very scared of the prospect of trying to pattern this piece.
Thankfully it has goin smoothly so far!
