Pusat Seni Pentas Tradisional (PuTRA), ASWARA sedang menjalankan Kajian Keperluan Pembangunan Program Sanggar Warisan (Konservatori) sebagai langkah awal dalam menilai keperluan, kesesuaian dan potensi pembangunan sebuah program yang memberi tumpuan kepada seni persembahan tradisional.
Sehubungan itu, kami amat mengalu-alukan pandangan daripada bakal pelajar, alumni, penggiat industri seni dan ahli akademik bagi membantu kami mendapatkan gambaran sebenar tentang keperluan serta penerimaan terhadap cadangan program ini.

Singing Our Story: The Malaysian Chinese Art Song from the 1950s to Today
The Malaysian Chinese art song has been performed since Independence, yet its story remains largely untold. Emerging in the 1950s, the genre weaves Western classical music together with Chinese and local Malay influences, reflecting the layered, coexisting identities of Malaysia's Chinese community. Drawing on fieldwork interviews, archival documents, and competition records, this talk traces how the genre evolved across changing socio-political landscapes over seven decades, and asks what its future might hold.
