⛱️ ﷽ ⛱️ ✨How to Find Yourself Again If You’re Lost: A Muslim Woman’s Guide to Getting Unstuck ✨ In last week’s post, we read that- Prioritising self-care is essential, especially in busy and overwhelming times. Small acts like walking, journaling, or connecting with loved ones can help relieve stress and restore balance. Islam encourages self-care, as the Prophet ﷺ said, "Your body has a right over you." [Bukhari]. Taking care of yourself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—is an act of gratitude to Allah. Engaging in dhikr, reciting the Qur'an, and making dua strengthens inner peace and deepens your connection with Him. Post #4 🌸 3. Embrace Discomfort as a Sign That You’re Changing. Do you know how lobsters grow? When their hard shells become confining, they feel tension and discomfort. They retreat to a safe place to grow, shed their old shell, and develop a new, bigger one. They repeat this process throughout their lives, embracing discomfort as a necessary part of growth. Similarly, in life, when your comfort zone becomes too small, it’s a sign that you’re ready for something greater. Growth requires shedding old habits, beliefs, and fears to make space for something better. Islam teaches us that discomfort and trials are part of our journey to becoming stronger and closer to Allah. The Qur’an reminds us: "Perhaps you dislike something, but it is good for you." (Qur’an 2:216) Instead of fearing change, trust that Allah is guiding you toward growth. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever Allah intends good for, He puts them to trial." [Bukhari] Challenges are opportunities to develop resilience, deepen faith, and move closer to your true potential. Embrace change with patience and tawakkul (trust in Allah), knowing that every hardship carries a lesson and a blessing. To be continued, In’shaa’Allah… ✍🏻 #motivational_series WhatsApp (Only for sisters 🧕) - https://chat.whatsapp.com/GMmLlVv3SL1IZOMvGn2LU9 Telegram - T.me/Gemsofjannah98 Instagram - https://instagram.com/gemsofjannah_98?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

⚜️🤎 Send lots of Salawat upon the Prophet 🤎⚜️ Sending ṣalāwat upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday is better than on the rest of the days, and its night (Thursday night) is the best of nights. He ﷺ said, “Among the best of your days is Friday, so frequently send ṣalāh upon me therein.” الصلاة على النبي ﷺ يوم الجمعة أفضل من بقيّة الأيام، وليلتها أفضل الليالي، قال ﷺ: (إن من أفضل أيامكم يوم الجمعة فأكثروا عليّ من الصلاة فيه) Shaykh Abdel Aziz AlTarefe ❍┈─┅═••࿇✠ ࿇••┅─┄❍ #reminders #friday WhatsApp (Only for sisters 🧕) - https://chat.whatsapp.com/GMmLlVv3SL1IZOMvGn2LU9 Telegram - T.me/Gemsofjannah98 Instagram - https://instagram.com/gemsofjannah_98?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==1
