Identify and write down negative thoughts and feelings. 2. Challenge these thoughts using Islamic principles, such as Quranic verses like Al-Baqara 2:286, which reminds us that Allah doesn't burden us beyond what we can handle. The goal is to incorporate journaling and reflection into daily routine to manage negative thoughts and cultivate a more positive mindset. Post #3 🎀 3.Rewrite the Narrative: Replace the negative thoughts with positive, empowering ones. Use Quranic verses and Hadith to guide this process. For example, if you feel incapable, remind yourself of Allah's promise: وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ Translation:"And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."At-Talāq (Divorce)65:3 4.Reflect on Your Progress: Regularly review your journal entries to track your growth and progress. اَلسَّـــــلامُ عَلَــيــْكُمْ وَرَحْمَـــةُاللهِ وَبَرَكَــاتُهُ 🌸 أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ  الرَّحِيْمِ 🌸 DEFEATING SHAYTAN AROUND AND WITHIN 🏷️The Deception of the Dajjal and Its Impact on Women - • The hadith indicates that the majority of followers of the Dajjal (the deceiver) will be women, who will be deeply influenced and deceived by his fitna (trial). • This deception is so intense that men in families will need to actively protect their women from falling under the Dajjal’s influence. • Women deceived by the Dajjal lose rational thinking and blindly follow his ideology, becoming like “robots” under his control. • Not all women are deceived; many Muslim women maintain strong faith that surpasses that of many men. 🏷️Western Feminism and Its Divergence from Islamic Perspective - • Western feminism is historically and ideologically different from feminism as understood in Islam. • Western feminism has, over time, introduced radical ideologies that are anti-family and anti-femininity, promoting behaviors such as lesbianism and other deviant practices. • These radical feminist ideas are institutionalized in international forums like the United Nations women’s conferences, dominated by American and European feminists. • The feminist movement in the West often views men as the enemy and marriage as a form of oppression, advocating for women’s independence from men, including reproductive technologies that bypass traditional family structures. 🏷️The Social Consequences of Radical Feminism - • The feminist movement has caused widespread confusion among women about their roles in society, leading to the breakdown of marriages and families—the foundational units of social and moral order. • Feminism has shifted women’s values, causing them to forget their intrinsic worth and responsibilities as established by their Creator. • The public perception of feminism as a movement for equal pay and protection from violence masks a deeper, more destructive agenda aiming to destabilize family and societal cohesion. 🏷️Historical Manipulation of Feminism by Elite Powers - • Feminism, particularly women’s liberation, was reportedly funded and manipulated by powerful elite groups, such as the Rockefeller Foundation and even the CIA, not primarily to empower women but to serve political and social agendas. • These agendas include taxing women (thereby increasing state revenue) and breaking up the family to foster state control over children, making schools and officials surrogate “parents.” • This manipulation uses genuine grievances faced by women as a cover to divide society and weaken traditional family bonds. 🏷️Feminism’s Influence on Law, Education, and Society- • Feminist ideologies now heavily influence laws, educational curricula, and cultural norms, often stripping away traditional moral and religious values. • The education system is a key medium for propagating these ideologies, shaping generations in a way that aligns with feminist and secular agendas. • This has contributed to a brainwashed society that follows these ideologies without critical examination. 🏷️Islamic Foundations of Women’s Rights and Equality - • Islam established women’s rights 1400 years ago, long before Western civilization adopted similar concepts in the 19th and 20th centuries. • Prophet Muhammad’s farewell address emphasized equality among humans regardless of race or ethnicity, opposing nationalism and tribalism, a revolutionary concept at the time. • Islam gave women rights to property, inheritance, and individuality, recognizing them as rational beings responsible for their deeds and souls. • Unlike pre-Islamic and many other societies where women were treated as property or slaves, Islam elevated their status by granting them legal and social rights. 🏷️The True Role of Women According to Islam -

🕊️ Quran Reflection 🌿 📖 Ayah of the Day: “ And whoever does evil or wrongs themselves but then seeks forgiveness of Allah will find Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” 🎋 Surah An-Nisa (4:110) 🔍 Reflection: This ayah reminds us of Allah’s incredible mercy. No matter how far we’ve strayed, if we sincerely turn back and seek forgiveness, Allah promises to forgive. It’s not the sin that defines us, but what we do after. 🧠 Ponder: Ask yourself: • Do I let my mistakes distance me from Allah, or do I use them as a reason to return to Him? • Do I believe in Allah’s mercy as much as I fear His punishment? • Am I as quick to forgive others as I am to seek forgiveness from Allah? 💭 Reminder: Shaytan wants us to despair after sin. But Allah wants us to rise after we fall. Keep your heart soft and your connection open with sincere istighfar (seeking forgiveness). 🤲 Du’a:
