Although UPSC has clarified about photograph by sending message like this :-
Dear Candidate,
The admit cards for EO/AO and APFC Recruitment Test have been released. Kindly download if not done yet. Also, Kindly refer to Sl. No. 17 of e-admit card instructions, the photographs may be treated as normal photographs (With or Without Name and Date).

Must read point no. 17 instructions and check whether the date is mentioned on your picture or not.

To download admit card, After log in :- click on the Examinations button. A pop up will appear. Select Download EPFO 2025 ,Admit Card, then click and download.

Whoever is facing issues with picture uploading, do it like this: they are asking for 75% face visibility, so go for around 80% zoom on the face.
