Instructions for filling the Regular Exam Forms of Bachelor of Engineering (Semester -2) Summer-2026 Examination.

Some users may experience issues while receiving the OTP due to certain system or email-related factors. We request you to kindly follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
Please check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder in your email.
Ensure that your mailbox is not full.
Try using a different browser or open the portal in Incognito/Private mode.
Clear your browser cache and cookies before retrying.
Try accessing the portal using a different network (for example, mobile hotspot).
Ensure that the correct email ID is being entered.
If the issue still persists after following the above steps, kindly share your registered email ID and a screenshot of the error (if any) for further assistance.

Note : Students must have to enter their GTU - student portal Password for PMMS / DESIGN Portal Login.
student will be receiving in OTP on registered email of studentportal.
Refresh gmail account or use another device to check OTP.
(To verify password first check student portal is opened with the same password or not ? )

This is to inform that from the Summer-2026 examination onwards, students who fail to fill the examination form within the prescribed schedule as per Circular released for Regular/ Remedial/Term Extension Exam forms,in the benefit of students, Institute must follow the below mentioned procedure for submission of a late exam form. (Refer attached user manual also)
From summer 2026 examination circulars regarding the extension of exam form fee schedules with penalties will not be uploaded on website for any course or semester. Instead, the functionality mentioned below will be applicable
If a student wishes to fill the exam form after the completion of the scheduled exam form filling period, the student must first contact their respective institute.
The request submitted by the institute will be reviewed by the University authorities. If the request is approved by the University, the student will be permitted to fill the exam form for the respective semester/year with the applicable penalty
