🌴What You’ll Do:
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Explain the steps of each service and answer questions before, during, and after each service.
• Administer services (fish pedicures and foot detox).
• Ensure guest safety and comfort during all services.
• Prepare and maintain service areas to the highest hygiene standards.
• Promote and upsell spa retail products.
🌴Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a customer service–related field (spa experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask, works well under pressure, and is able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors, if required
• Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
