Imam al-Tabari رحمه الله said: “There isn’t anything more beloved to Allah, than for him to be asked.” [Hilyat al-Awliya' 3/188]

اللَّهُمَّ انْصُرْ أَهْلَ غَزَّةَ نَصْرًا مِنْ عِنْدِكَ يُغْنِيهِمْ عَنْ نَصْرٍ مِنْ سِواكَ ، Ya Allāh, grant victory to the people of Gaza with a victory from Yourself that makes them not need victory from anyone else. اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ شُهَداءَهُمْ وَاشْفِ جَرْحاهُمْ وَارْبُطْ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ وَأَنْزِلِ السَّكِينَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ ، Ya Allāh, accept their martyrs, heal their wounded, strengthen their hearts, and bestow tranquility upon them اللَّهُمَّ أَرِنا فِي الْيَهُودِ الْمُحْتَلِّينَ عَجائِبَ قُدْرَتِكَ وَفَجْأَةَ نِقْمَتِكَ وَجَمِيعَ سَخَطِكَ ، اللَّهُمَّ اهْزِمْهُمْ وَزَلْزِلْهُمْ . Ya Allāh, show us through the occupying Jews the wonders of Your power, the suddenness of Your wrath, and the fullness of Your anger. Ya Allāh, defeat them and shake them. اللهم إنَّا لا نملك لِـ غزة إلَّا الدعاء ؛ يا ربِّ لا ترُدَّ لنا دُعاء ولا تُخَيِّب لنا رجاء وأنت أرحمُ الراحمين Ya Allāh , we have nothing for Gaza except prayers. Ya Rabb, do not reject our prayers, and do not disappoint our hopes, for You are the Most Merciful of the merciful. آمين يا رب

Jahannam: The Abode for Melting the Hardened Hearts Just as a Muslim is commanded to purify their body and soul in this world through the actions of the limbs and heart that Allah has obligated, a person will be punished on the Day of Judgment if they turn away from this purification and fall short, by being admitted to the fire of Jahannam. Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said, "The fire was only made to melt hardened hearts." This means that if a person from the people of Tawheed falls short in their duty to Allah and their heart remains hardened in this world, and they leave this world without purifying their heart's impurities and their shortcomings in their duty to their Lord, they will be placed in the fire of Hell until they are purified from this impurity. And once they are purified and made like the rest of the believers, they will be transferred to their abode in the dwellings of bliss. وكما أن المسلم مأمور بتطهير بدنه وباطنه في الدنيا بما أوجب الله عز وجل أعمال الجوارح وأعمال القلوب، فإنه يعاقب يوم القيامة إذا صد عن هذه الطهارة وقصر فيها بأن يدخل نار جهنم. قال ابن القيم رحمه الله تعالى: "إنما جُعلت النار لإذابة القلوب القاسية." انتهى كلامه. ومعناه أن من قصر في حق الله عز وجل من أهل التوحيد، وكان قلبه قاسيًا في الدنيا وخرج منها ولم يتطهر من نجاسات قلبه وتقصيره في جناب ربه، فإنه يُجعل في نار جهنم حتى يطهر من هذه الرديئة، فإذا تطهر وصار كبقية المؤمنين، حُوِّل إلى دارهم دار النعيم. 📝 تعليق على كتاب التوحيد للحافظ ابن رجب

ibn al-qayyim (رحمه الله) said: “there is nothing that drives away the afflictions of this world except tawh‌īd. that is why the supplication of the distressed person is with tawh‌īd. such as, the supplication of yūnus لا إلهَ إلا أنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظّالِمِيْنَ The distressed person does not supplicate by what yunūs supplicated with except that Allāh releases him from his hardship with tawh‌īd. there is nothing more gruesome for the distressed person except shirk, and there is nothing that can rescue you from it except tawh‌īd, it is the refuge for the creation, its shelter, its fortress, and its aid. Dua while fear from somebody Abu Saeed Radi Allahu Anhu narrated: The Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam said: 'How can I be comfortable when the one with the horn (Isarafil Alaihi salam) is holding it to his lip, his ears listening for when he will be ordered to blow, so he can blow.' It was as if that was very hard upon the Companions of the Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi wasallam so he said to them Say: حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا HasbunAllah Wa Naimal Wakeel AlaAllahi Tawakkalna Allah is sufficent for us and what a good protector He is, and upon Allah we trust Jamia Tirmizi, Book 11, Hadith 2431-Hasan

Imām ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said: “Whomsoever increases in worry and sadness should recite: ‘There is no power and no strength except with Allāh.’” Zād al-Ma'ād 4/83 | ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله TN: Transliteration: La hawla walā quwwata illa billah. Arabic: لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا باللَّهِ

Dua to be protected from the evil of Bad dreams / Uneasiness or Sleep-less-ness at Night RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said recite the following duaa when you become frightened while sleeping أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ غَضَبِهِ وَعِقَابِهِ وَشَرِّ عِبَادِهِ وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ Audhu bikalimati' llahi't-tammati min ghadabihi wa iqabihi wa sharri ibadihi, wa min hamazati' sh-shayatin wa an yahdurun I seek refuge in Allah's perfect words from His anger, His punishment, the evil of His servants ,the whispers of the Shayateen and of their presence. Sunan Abu Dawud, 3884-Hasan

The Virtue of saying Ya Dhal Jalali Wal-Ikram Once RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam passed by a man who was saying Ya Dhal-jalali Wal-ikram (Oh Possessor of Majesty and Honor), RasoolAllah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said to him You have been responded to, so ask (to Allah whatever you want) Musnad Ahmed-5623-Sahih Rasool-Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said Be constant with Ya Dhal Jalal Wal-Ikram ( it means use this name continuosly in your duas ) Jamia Tirmizi Volume 6 , 3525-Sahih

Worried about provision? Worried due to limited income? Debt? If you have debt like a mountain, Allaah will pay it off for you. Allah will be sufficient for you and you won't be in need of anyone's help. Make this your regular duaa: ‎ « اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَأَغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ » *Allaahumma akfini bi halaalika ‘an haraamika wa aghnini bi fadlika ‘amman siwaaka* (O Allaah, suffice me with what You have permitted so that that I have no need of that which You have forbidden, and make me independent of means by Your bounty so that I have no need of anyone besides You).’” Classed as hasan (sound) by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi [3563]
