🏃♀️10K CHARITY CHALLENGE
Less than a week to go!
We look forward to seeing everybody for our BAPS 10K Charity Challenge and Family Fun Day!
🅿️ Parking will be available in the school car park (Houstone School, Parkside Dr, Houghton Regis, Dunstable LU5 5PX).
✅ For check-in at 11.15am:
• Please keep your JustGiving.com fundraising page open on your phone
• If you don't already have a fundraising page, please follow the instructions in the attached pdf to create one
💡 Useful Guidance
👕 Wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent if needed. You may wish to bring a foldable chair.
👟 Wear suitable trainers.
☀️ With warm weather expected, the elderly and young should take extra care.
⛱ Consider carrying an umbrella in case the forecast changes.
💧 Bring water flasks and stay hydrated.
⚠️ Follow the volunteers’ instructions and route.
💜 Take rest breaks as needed.
⛑ Contact First Aid volunteers if required.
👧👦 Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
