Led by applied drama practicioner and educator, Michael Cheng, the Totsu-totsu Dance (TTD) Facilitator Training is a 3-day professional skills development programme that equips arts practitioners with skills to lead sessions for persons living with dementia.
TTD is a dementia care modality rooted in non-verbal communication and embodied connection originally developed by Japanese chreographer, Osamu Jareo.

These were some of the questions that anchored Tuesday evening's 4th panel, where Gregory Tan, Daina Ariffin, and Kevin Foo walked us through the business side of music — from understanding your rights and what to negotiate for, to why the right publisher or sync agent matters, and why building a catalogue is a long game worth playing.
The live feedback segment brought its own energy to the night — thank you to Ming Wei Neo, Mkayshivu, and Qing for putting their work up. The insights that followed resonated with everyone in the room, not just the three of them. 💛

The Traditional Arts Residency 2026 supports the incubation of innovative work in traditional performing arts, as well as intercultural and cross-disciplinary projects. Over four to six months, up to three artists will receive funding, a dedicated workspace, and mentorship from international mentors Topi Lehtipuu and Ivan Ludlow of Long Play Lab — with access to their extensive international network of cultural executives and practitioners.
This year, the residency opens its doors wider to welcome both traditional arts practitioners and all local artists with experience integrating traditional arts into their work. In the last edition, artists-in-residence T.I.M.E. were selected for Pitching Works at the Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo 2026!
