🎯Thus, the question of reasonableness should be determined from both the substantive and procedural standpoints i.e; doctrine of harmonious construction should be implemeted to avoid the conflict while enforcing DPSPs and FRs ✅️
👆Above criteria should be kept in mind while striking a balance between rights and restrictions .
🅾️As the term signifies, "reasonable restriction" means a balance between freedom granted and societal control permitted by the exceptions in above mentioned clauses of Art 19.
🅾️These societal control are nothing but somehow societal welfare embedded in DPSPs✅️
So, in all these clauses 👆one can see the repetitive usage and emphasis on
"reasonable restrictions".
