HSE Supervisor Requirements: Must be fluent in English Speaking & Writing Knowledge and Experience of Establishing and implementing HSE System IOSH Certified, OSHA 30 Hrs. Training, NEBOSH IGC Certification is a plus point More than 5 years’ experience performed as HSE Supervisor, where minimum 3 years with Oil and Gas sector. Having good knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 will be an advantage; Observe/assist supervision during the delivery of toolbox and safety talks Responsibilities (1) Assist HSE manager with overall project HSE orientation and training implementation, and regularly organize all the departments to conduct safety inspection; (2) Compile project HSE system manuals, establish HSE management policies and safety operation procedures, investigate unsafe potentials, and regularly update emergency response programs and supervise exercises; (3) Responsible for safety regulations and laws’ publicity and implementation, liaise with local safety administration and HSE department, and receiving the inspection and acceptance from local safety supervision department and HSE department before drilling; (4) Inspect and manage environmental protection in field and operation, and liaise with local environmental protection department HSE department, and support their supervision; (5) Supervising and managing the hygiene and health status of their working environment and living condition, responsible for prevention of occupational disease in all company activities.
