The aircraft carrier USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-77) crossed the Strait of Gibraltar over the past 24 hours.
According to a report by 'Iran International':
The Central Bank of Iran updated the government that the country's economic situation after the war is very difficult and the recovery is expected to take 12 years
Netanyahu in the government:
• I spoke yesterday with Vice President Vance, who called me from his plane on the way back from Pakistan, and detailed the developments in the negotiations — in this case, the collapse of the talks.
• The collapse came from the American side, which could not tolerate the blatant violation of the agreement. The understanding was to stop the fire, and the Iranians would immediately open the straits. They did not do that.
• Vance also made it clear to me that the main issue from Trump’s perspective is the removal of all enriched material and ensuring that there will be no more enrichment in the coming years — possibly for decades — no enrichment inside Iran.
• We support Trump’s firm position to impose a naval blockade on the Iranians.
An Iranian Telegram channel gives us a glimpse into life in Tehran, after more than 40 days of war:
Tehran has filled with Toyota Hilux pickup trucks armed with machine guns. The city’s appearance has become just like during the ISIS rule in Raqqa(Syria) and Mosul(Iraq). Special units are deployed in parks, schools, and mosques. Checkpoints have increased, but with fewer personnel.
At most major intersections, suppression forces have been stationed. Under the bridges of all highways, checkpoints have been set up with flags of the Islamic Republic, Zainabiyoun, Fatemiyoun, and Hashd al-Shaabi, deliberately causing traffic jams and harassing citizens.
Tehran has effectively become a military camp for foreign militias subordinate to the Revolutionary Guards. Congratulations to the dishonorable commanders of the army.
Private companies are operating at full capacity, but government offices, which were supposed to work with 50% of the staff, barely reach 30%. And even those who do come leave in the middle of the day. In other words, if you arrive at offices toward the end of the day, there is almost no one there. Telephone response is almost non-existent. The city’s transportation system also operates at less than half its pre-war capacity.
Most city buses are used by special units and Basij for rest and changing clothes.
In practice, there is no government. Everything is under the control of the Revolutionary Guards and security bodies. The government has effectively become a ceremonial body that advances the economic, social, and military goals of the Revolutionary Guards. Government institutions have become a kind of independent “colonies,” with no connection between them or with the higher levels.
Education systems like “Shad” are not operational, and in practice, schooling in schools is suspended. Universities have also moved to online learning, but with what internet and infrastructure? Nothing.
Governmental, service, and banking systems also operate intermittently. ATMs mostly have no cash, and it is almost impossible to obtain cash.
Tehran is no longer the Tehran it once was. The place of movement, energy, and bustle has been taken by waves of suppression forces and armed armored vehicles. Nothing here is normal. Do not believe the staged and fake pictures coming from parks and cafes. These days, if security conditions and means allowed, it would be possible to make a documentary about Tehran’s condition and call it: “Tehran – The City of the Walking Dead.”
But people still hope. The failure of the talks in Islamabad was good news for them because there is still hope that the fate of this violent regime will be decided. The truth is that the public fears the renewal of war, but fears even more the renewed recovery of the Islamic Republic.

Trump continued:
I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s OK for Iran to have a Nuclear Weapon. I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s terrible that America attacked Venezuela, a Country that was sending massive amounts of Drugs into the United States and, even worse, emptying their prisons, including murderers, drug dealers, and killers, into our Country. And I don’t want a Pope who criticizes the President of the United States because I’m doing exactly what I was elected, IN A LANDSLIDE, to do, setting Record Low Numbers in Crime, and creating the Greatest Stock Market in History. Leo should be thankful because, as everyone knows, he was a shocking surprise. He wasn’t on any list to be Pope, and was only put there by the Church because he was an American, and they thought that would be the best way to deal with President Donald J. Trump. If I wasn’t in the White House, Leo wouldn’t be in the Vatican. Unfortunately, Leo’s Weak on Crime, Weak on Nuclear Weapons, does not sit well with me, nor does the fact that he meets with Obama Sympathizers like David Axelrod, a LOSER from the Left, who is one of those who wanted churchgoers and clerics to be arrested. Leo should get his act together as Pope, use Common Sense, stop catering to the Radical Left, and focus on being a Great Pope, not a Politician. It’s hurting him very badly and, more importantly, it’s hurting the Catholic Church! President DONALD J. TRUMP
President Trump:
Pope Leo is WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy. He talks about “fear” of the Trump Administration, but doesn’t mention the FEAR that the Catholic Church, and all other Christian Organizations, had during COVID when they were arresting priests, ministers, and everybody else, for holding Church Services, even when going outside, and being ten and even twenty feet apart. I like his brother Louis much better than I like him, because Louis is all MAGA. He gets it, and Leo doesn’t!
In an era where people expect decisive and rapid victories, we must understand that while things may change on the surface, they do so at their own pace.
As far as Israel is concerned, we can already identify significant achievements after more than 40 days of war:
1. Hormuz leverage: Iran has burned its strongest strategic card for the next 50 years and lost its effective ability to threaten global trade routes.
2. Bypass pipelines: Activation of the Saudi oil pipeline and development of the port of Fujairah in the UAE as export routes no longer dependent on Tehran’s whims.
3. Energy infrastructure: A fatal blow to dependence on Gulf gas through the rapid approval of 11 gas plants in Texas and LNG facilities in the Gulf of Mexico — along with Trump’s call for the world to buy American oil and gas.
4. Nuclear renaissance: A major return by Europe and Asia (Japan and South Korea) to nuclear energy as a stable, strategic alternative to Iranian oil.
5. Hezbollah’s veto eroded: A shift toward direct engagement with the Lebanese government and army, bypassing Hezbollah as the sole power broker on the ground.
6. Isolation of the Muslim Brotherhood: A partial collapse of Qatar’s and Turkey’s influence in European capitals and in Washington.
7. Qatar’s bluff exposed: Qatar’s vulnerability revealed, as it was forced to pay off Iran to protect its gas facilities (Ras Laffan).
8. India–UAE axis: Strengthening of a strategic alliance shifting the economic center of gravity from Tehran to the New Delhi–Abu Dhabi–Haifa corridor.
9. Pressure on Pakistan: Pakistan has been pushed into a corner, facing demands to repay billions in debt from Saudi Arabia and the UAE following its support for Iran.
10. Pentagon alignment: An unprecedented level of cooperation between the IDF and the U.S. defense establishment, forming a long-term strategic asset.
11. Regional energy independence: Use of Israeli gas fields (Leviathan and Karish) as leverage to stabilize the regimes in Egypt and Jordan under Iranian pressure.
12. Technological deterrence: Demonstration of Israeli intelligence superiority in penetrating and conducting precision operations in Iran’s most secure locations.
13. Improved strategic landscape: A new security reality in which Iran, Hamas, and Hezbollah are significantly weaker than they were on the eve of the war.

CENTCOM:
The blockade on all maritime traffic entering and exiting Iranian ports will begin on April 13 at 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
IDF: Weapons found in hospital, Hezbollah infrastructure exposed
IDF forces from the Givati Brigade uncovered Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure inside a hospital in Bint Jbeil, the military said. The troops located weapons and equipment at the site, which the IDF says was used by the group for operational purposes.
Israel shares borders with both Jordan and Egypt.
Israel doesn't invade them.
Why? Because their leaders actively fight radical extremists and choose not to attack Israel.
Simple truth: If you don’t attack Israel, you can live side by side in peace.
Lebanon can make the same choice anytime.
Peace is possible. The decision is theirs.
The Iranian news agency Fars claims two oil tankers under the Pakistani flag, named Khairpur and Shalamar, which reportedly set out a few hours ago towards the Strait of Hormuz, are making a U-turn and are on their way back from the strait
President Trump:
"Look at the Israeli relationship, look at the incredible partnership we have. As Bibi Netanyahu said, we’re the big brother and Israel is the little brother."
Trump on gas and oil prices:
Eventually, prices will go down. It may not happen immediately, but once this situation is resolved, prices will fall.
If you want to see the stock market collapse, let a couple of nuclear bombs be used — whether against us or anywhere else.
Trump:
The Strait is critical for Japan — they get about 93% of their oil through it. South Korea gets roughly 45%. Yet these countries haven’t really helped us.
I ask them: are you going to help?
We have about 45,000 U.S. troops in Japan and about 50,000 in South Korea. We guard them and protect them.
But when we ask for a little help in return, they don’t help us.
Maria Bartiromo: If they do not give up the nuclear effort, Will you further destruct Iran?
Trump: Yeah, I will.
Trump:
NATO countries say they want to come, and they want to help with the strait, and it won’t take long to clean it out.
So we’re going to clean out the strait.
Trump to Fox News:
We are going to impose a blockade on the Strait of Hormuz, it will take some time, but it will happen soon.
They want nuclear weapons, they will not have them!
